I totally disagree with the angry lady.I recommended a friend to get their prior year taxes serviced with new the managing partner, to assist in the dealing with the IRS especially since the IRS is backlogged this year. I have and my friend has had exceptional customer service exceeding our expectations. The quality work the new managing partner has put in her tax service and communicating a realistic timeframe is above and beyond all I have worked with in the past.I will be recommending to all my clients and friends to use in the future.

Great accounting firm. I recently referred one of my friend who was in need of an urgent accounting services and tax filings. I along with my friend spoke to the new managing partner and the solution provided was excellent. The new partner of this firm showed a new Financial Analysis report to us and that was great report and eye opener for my friend. I am going to refer many of my business friends to this firm. They also charge a very reasonable price.Our previous experience with other accounting firms around Alpharetta was bad and the price charged was exorbitant

They have been my accountant for years and do both my business and personal taxes. I like the client portal and the payroll service is very intuitive and easy to use. They are also very responsive in answering all my questions and make me feel comfortable with my complicated taxes. Highly recommend.

Top notch customer service and attention to all the details! I started doing Airbnb as my full time income a few years ago, and while I kept meticulous records, all my receipts etc., when it came to tax time I was lost and never sure how to file. After having some not so great experiences with other CPAs and accounting firms, who seemed to know very little about rental properties, I had just about given up, AND filed for an extension on the last two years of taxes :/ I was super nervous about reaching out to a new accountant and quite frankly a bit embarrassed because I had let so much time go by. I found Atlanta Accounting & Taxation on a google search for accountants with experience on rental properties. Too afraid to call, I emailed them and explained a brief synopsis of what I had going on, and to my surprise I received the kindest and warmest reply from Ester, telling me that I they'd be happy to help me get my taxes in order and to not be embarrassed. When I spoke with her on the phone, I was pleasantly surprised again at how friendly and non judgmental she was about my situation. She assured me that I wasn't the only one in the world of taxes to have let them lapse, and explained the process, and how the senior accountant Adrian would be the one to work on my taxes, and that everything could be handled via email and through their secure online account portal. Since I live in midtown and they are located in Alpharetta, this was super helpful in getting everything done quickly. Fast forward a couple weeks later, and both years I was behind on have been filed, and I was even owed a refund for 2018, unbeknownst to me and my husband. If you are like me and need someone who is friendly, easy to talk to on the phone, while still getting the work done, and pays every attention to all the details required for your rental property, then they are the go to! We are actually relocating this summer out of state, but will definitely be using them for our 2019 taxes next year! Call or email Ester today :)

This payroll company is a rip-off, This was one of the worst business experiences I ever had, They do not keep adequate records, which is essential in an accounting and payroll company, No sense of urgency and timing when meeting deadlines, The secretaries do not deliver complete and thorough messages,They are always friendly and available until they have your money then will run the bait and switch on you, Be careful and aware of the hidden costs and fees, if you're looking for a payroll company I suggest you shop around more this is not it.......

I contacted Atlanta and Taxation Group Services after receiving an audit notice from the IRS. Adrian worked with us to review the filings, address the items in question and supported us through the process with the IRS to resolve our issues. In the end, he helped us save several thousand dollars. I am extremely satisfied with Atlanta Accounting and I recommend them to everyone.

If I could give them a 0 star I would! They over charge and are terrible at customer service . Please do not go with this firm no matter what they tell you. We have had an absolutely horrible experience with them and they can't even hold onto their staff!

DO NOT sign a contract with this company! I had a horrible experience with them. Once you sign a contract, you are stuck. When my contract was finally finished I realized they had continued to pull money out of my account for 3 months. The process to get them to give back the money was not easy and I still haven't gotten it back!

Fantastic Accounting Firm. They currently help with my two businesses ( Coleman Legal Group, LLC and Coleman Holdings, LLC ) in regard to business tax planning. Also, they have helped several of our clients with tax planning, filing and other tax related issues.
