I cannot say enough about Renaldo (owner) and his crew.We originally planned on upgrading our counters and cabinets doors (June 2021). We went and picked our slabs and had them delivered to Art Rock's shop. We then decided to do a full gut and remodel of our kitchen. Renaldo was kind enough to hold our original 3 slabs from June until February when he installed them. No extra charge, and never gave me a hard time about it. FANTASTIC service.As well, the install was flawless!Do not hesitate to use Renaldo and his wonderful company. First class.Thanks again for your service!

I am building a house in Canton, GA. I ordered in the company Art Rock Creations countertops for the kitchen island, in the laundry room, for vanity in the master bathroom and on the patio for the BBQ. The order was completed very quickly and efficiently. Cost is different. Highly recommend this company.

Monica at artrock is very helpful in picking out the type of material and color countertop. They have a nice showroom with lots of product samples to choose from. They have delivered two different orders of a total of 4 bath countertops within 5 business days of the template being made. All the employees we have dealt with are very polite on easy to work with. We recommend them highly.

They were the only place that we could find for a great price, product, and that wouldn't force us to buy a whole massive slab for just a single bathroom vanity. I experienced great customer service with Monica Receputi, even when major issues happened in my remodel and their Art Rock's delivery had to be pushed back. The process was easy, well organized, and delivery and setup went great. There was a small issue with the sinks that I ordered, but once I informed Monica, the delivery guys were out the next day to fix the issue. Product looks beautiful, and I am really pleased!

Excellent company with such attention to detail! I am a designer / remodeling contractor and only have to give good measurements and choose (or have my client come and select) the slab and never have we been disappointed. You can't go wrong with 50+ installations, and impeccable service! If there were ever a delay, I was notified that something happened, beyond their control. I never question a small delay, knowing they were on top of the solution. I couldn't imagine doing that job, polishing and providing such beautiful stone for our homes! Kudo's Art Rock - please keep doing what you're doing!

Art Rock redid our master bath countertops, fireplace mantle, and kitchen island. What a fantastic job! The owner (Reinaldo) was part of the team that came to install the granite and he made sure that everything was perfect. He's had the same guys working with him for 20+ years and they all know their jobs well. I am ecstatic with how beautiful my house looks!

Art Rock came through for us again. We used Art Rock before and they did a wonderful job the first time. They did not fail us the second time. We worked with Walter and he was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. He was very prompt to answer questions via phone and email. He took the time to explain all our options and communicated timelines of when everything would take place. We even met with Walter and team to determine which portion of our slab we wanted to use on the island. When we got that figured out they all took the time to analyze the movement in the granite left over and how to best lay out the templates. They knew what they were doing because our granite looks fantastic and we've gotten several compliments from friends and neighbors. We were extremely pleased with the turnaround and most importantly dealing with the Art Rock team. They did not disappoint us the second time again and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to do renovations.

Working with them was awful. I had my counters taken up and was assured they would be out 5 days later to install. They did not arrive and didn't bother to tell me they would not be coming until after I came home from work to wait for them. They did not give me a next day appointment but had me go the entire weekend without a usable kitchen (I live in this house) and told me they would be back the end of the day on Monday. I had to change my GC appointment to get my faucets attached and beg him to come Tuesday for the install. Monday arrives and they did the same thing again. After being told Monday was the "absolute worst case scenario" they did not come or alert me until after I came home from work to wait for them. I got here at 3:30 and waited and didn't hear for an hour and a half they would not be coming at all. They promised they would be here Tuesday the next morning at 7:00 am and it is 8:30 and they still have not arrived. Who know if they are going to show up. The customer service is deplorable and the way they treat customers is unacceptable. I now won't have a kitchen in time for my Thanksgiving dinner for my family on Monday due to their complete disregard.

What a different experience when you work with trust wordy people. Bruno was excellent, he went above and beyond to make us happy, he was on time, respectful and provided me several quotes as we changed the design and material. I highly recommend Art Rock, great material choices, great work and workmanship. And the installation was easy and they done everything we asked of them to touch up or caulk.Overall a great experience and price.

Reinaldo and his team were very professional, patient, and diligent. I had a very complicated project that involved combining multiple slabs of quartz and granite in a nonstandard way. Reinaldo’s estimate beat 9 other estimates, and, unlike these other estimates, it included making all the corner joints mitered.After taking time to understand exactly what we wanted, Reinaldo personally supervised the initial installation; he made sure that the team understood our vision and the complicated process of making all the parts and details come together. The team was extremely hard working and spent hours on matching the joints and the stone colors. Even when the joints were one millimeter off and when I had made it clear that I was fine with this, his team insisted on making it perfect.I have had several large projects in my home, and, from my experience, it is extremely difficult to find such craftsmanship, professionalism, and great personalities paired with such a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Art Rock Creation.

PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! While driving in the area, we noticed a sign for Art Rock Creations. This shop specializes in fabricating countertops, (primarily quartz and granite), so we thought that we would stop in to see what they had to offer. We were immediately greeted by Walter who was our escort for the visit. He did a great job of introducing us to the various products they have available. We were able to go into the workshop to see the slabs and even take photos. Unfortunately, photos never do justice to beautiful stones or other materials as the color is just not as vibrant. However, I did take a photo of the name and description of the slabs that I liked for future reference. Prices are located directly on the products but do not include cutting the openings or specific types of details for finishing the edges. We gave him a rough estimate of measurements and he will be sending an estimate via e-mail. If you need a kitchen sink, they sell them here as well. Don't get caught up on the floors as I did because they are very cool yet very distracting. They have various materials laid on the floor as samples and I actually found a travertine design that I really like. They just allowed me to wander around freely looking at materials which at one point led into an office. The worker was very gracious in allowing me to check out the floor and take a photo. I have found that people are really quite generous if I simply tell them that I am nosy and want to have a closer look at something. Of course that's true and it's hard to look at countertop materials without considering the floor because they all have to relate to one another for a cohesive look. If you are looking for professionalism and great customer service, look no further because Art Rock Creations delivers!
