My husband and I have been customers of Arhaus for years, we have many pieces.. we went into the store today looking for couches and dining table, it was the most unwelcoming experience ever, we felt like we were intruding… I will order swatches online and order online and never return to this store

Arhaus has been our go-to furniture store for years, and we have always had a great experience. We've used them to decorate our new house basically from scratch! We are excited to have this furniture in our home for the next 20+ years! The salespeople, especially the store manager Stephen, are personable and warm and have gone above and beyond to ensure we find the best pieces for us. The quality of the furniture is great, and we love the unique styles available versus the "cookie cutter" feel of many other home stores. Everyone there has been incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of furnishing our new home, offering their professional opinions and expertise. We are extremely grateful for their support and wouldn't be as happy with our home without them! Thanks Arhaus team!

Arhaus has always been the best design store in all of Atlanta, with locations at Phipps Plaza and Avalon in Alpharetta. The stores are nicely laid out, with unique pieces that you won’t find in other stores, and their designers are always kind and helpful, without being pushy.
We have a townhouse to furnish and really connected with Monica and Melissa! We met them for the first time last week and they got to know what style we liked and the colors we were looking for. With our floor plan, they put together a few options for every room and had great alternatives when we wanted to go a different route. They spent a lot of time with us (even an hour after closing) and I credit their patience and expertise in helping us put together the perfect pieces for our rooms.
Most furniture stores have the same kind of furniture, though Arhaus changes their style so often that it will easily appeal to even the pickiest people. Their quality and customer service is the best, as they have taken care of things even years after purchase. Prices are fair, especially considering how nicely designed their pieces are.
Just ask for Monica and Melissa! They’ll take great care of you! Here are the color schemes and pieces that we picked out.

I love Arhaus Avalon Alpharetta location. The store is perfectly designed and laid out, makes you want to purchase everything. I have referred many friends and neighbors to the store. The store manager Stephen Bright is my absolute favorite, he always goes above and beyond and the service and design help is hands down the absolute best. All the sales associates are helpful and welcoming. This Arhaus is actually my house and could I could not love it or Stephen more!

My favorite store at Avalon . CIndy and all the ladies are great! the quality of their furniture it's amazing.
I bought the Rowland sofa , Petra dining table and all the furniture needed for my new property . I highly recommend their FREE designing services , the came to my residence took mesurements and gave us the design plan for each room
