This place is so cute!!! I love going here at least a few times a year to stock up. It’s great for shorter petite women - I’m 5’3-5’4 so other brands don’t work well on me

This Northpoint Mall store reminds me why I shop online when I need something from Ann Taylor. Customer Service is severely lacking. The sales ladies sit and talk to each other as they watch customers go out of the dressing room to find a different size. It's worth the drive to East Cobb when I don't have time to have something shipped.

I actually found some really cute pants here, as well as my friend. I don't normally shop here as their cuts and styles just weren't a good fit for me, but I'll take a second look. But my new issue would be the closest one is quite a drive away ):

They were closed. Online said they were open until 7, they closed at 6.

Customer service lacking here since COVID. Ann Taylor loft should have a return policy for their defective items that have holes in it, even if worn once as long as within 30 days. For the price of the clothes, should have better quality. Now I’m stuck with a sweater I just bought that has a hole in it.

I wish they had curvy in the stores instead of online. I have to order and then return when I could just try on from the beginning otherwise I love the store...

Cute clothing but pricy. I wish they are not inside the mall. I prefer they are in a seperate location.

The staff was incredibly helpful. I found 3 outfits that fit and look great. The best part was it was all on sale! Linen skirt for $16!

I have to agree with other reviewers regarding the bad customer service at this location. When I arrived with a return/exchange, I stood around for several minutes while the employees continued with their conversation, not even acknowledging my presence even though I was standing right in front of them. The rest of my experience was fine. I managed to exchange the pants I had bought online for another pair that fit better. I did pay extra tax, because this location is in a different county than the one I live in - they closed the store that was in my county :( But in my mind it should have been an even exchange. I will continue to buy online because I love the quality at Ann Taylor, and hope I don't have to return to the store.

HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES. The people working this store are the worst and have been for years. They are rude, judgmental, unhelpful, and unfriendly. Why are they working in retail/customer service???Constantly prove they have no idea how to operate the store as any transaction or return takes an ungodly amount of time. The line is always excessively long because of this. I like the clothes at AT but I refuse to return to this location. Not a good representation of your brand. Fire these slackers and find people who actually want to work.

Have had my eye on a dress and when I rec'd an email for 40% off plus another 10% off for in-store purchases, I stopped into the AT near me. Love the dress but waited 5 minutes on line while 3 sales reps worked together to ring up another customer's purchase. Finally, one of those sales reps looked up, saw me standing in line and motioned me over. She asked for my phone number and as I started giving it decided she didn't need it (odd to be asked for a phone number instead of just ringing up the purchase). Then that register apparently didn't calculate the discounts so another sales rep helped to ring up my items on the other register. Was asked if I wanted my receipt emailed or printed; I first said "emailed" and then quickly decided against that as I assumed that would lead to more wasted time. The register then didn't print a receipt. When I asked for a printed receipt, more time ticked away as both sales reps tried to figure out how to print a receipt. I was told to "give us a minute." I replied that I had already given many minutes and would just like my purchase (I was told that if I needed to return either item that I could use my credit card to look up the purchase amount. I am trusting that that is true). Both sales reps looked annoyed and there was definitely attitude when one called after me "Have a good night." I understand that a new system for ringing up purchases may not have all the kinks worked out and if there are glitches (and there certainly is if a receipt can't be printed), Ann Taylor needs to fix them. However, just as others have commented here, the customer service experience wasn't good (with the exception of the sales rep who opened a fitting room for me. She was very pleasant and professional). Customers will get impatient if made to wait for 10 minutes to purchase 2 items and impatience becomes dissatisfaction when unprofessionalism is mixed in. The area manager for this store might want to retrain the staff before more customers decide it's not worth the hassle.
