We just moved out but I would like to personally thank Rubi, she was always helpful and welcoming! Every time I walked in the leasing office I would feel her welcome, she always had an answer to what I needed.
They are always keeping the complex clean and updated, I would have renewed but I had to move because of my job.
Ask for Rubi, she is amazing!

We are ashamed to be living in this eyesore apartment complex. Low-class tenants treat this property like a garbage dump, throwing their trash everywhere. Subpar groundskeepers do a poor job of picking up trash scattered throughout this property. Tenants do not pick up after their dogs who are also off-leash. This is a real review, unlike a lot of the fake 5-star reviews posted here. Management only addresses the symptoms instead of addressing the problems. How about installing video cameras and fining tenants violating their lease a minimum of at least $300 per violation? All talk and no action. Please don’t even bother replying to this spot-on review.

This place is unresponsive, and does not have a sense of urgency with tending to residents matters and issues. Lack of communication and lying. The worst part… you can’t EVER get in touch with anyone. Ever. If you can it usually takes at least a week.

Moved in 2 days ago here, and needed a few maintenance repairs done. Sent an email into the front office and they got back to me the next morning and sent over Binali to help out. Binali was excellent, he was very nice and knew exactly what to do to fix everything we needed. We are very appreciative of him for his help!

We had an issue with our AC going out and called the emergency call number.. they picked up right away and a maintenance repairman (Binali) was over within 1/2 an hour. He was professional and was able to diagnosis the problem right away. We are extremely pleased with the rapid response and professionalism that Binali showed and how repair was handled.. thank you Binali and thank you Bell!!!

Our AC stop working on a very hot night so I called emergency maintenance. They were very understanding of our needs and provided very quick service. Biniali is the Tech who serviced the AC and he went above and beyond. He was extremely courteous and professional. He deserves to be recognized for an excellent job done.

Gonna have to bring my review down to two stars. While the installations are great applying to this place has been nothing short of frustrating. Since the beggining we have been struggling to get in contact with agents and managements or any sort of customer service and it gave us problems understanding the proper application proccess, requirements, deadlines, everuthing we needed to do, etc, and we tried our best to consistently reach out and receive clarifications only to be unceremoniously rejected

So far I’ve had several great experiences with the team at Bell Alpharetta. Specifically the maintenance team. I reported a concern with my air conditioner at 7:30am and within 3 hours Binali was here to take a look. He was able to identify the issue and correct it. Rather than assume it was fixed and leave he stayed until he was able to confirm cold air was blowing and all was well. I really appreciate the team being so quick to address concerns.
