The Team at America’s Service Station on Old Milton is the absolute best! My car would not start so I had it towed to them. They discovered that my battery was dead and recharged it for me. They were so kind and the service was excellent. They even helped me out with my insurance and I found out I was covered for tows, so I didn’t even have to pay out of pocket for that! Have been going to them for the last 3 years since relocating to GA from the West Coast and won’t go anywhere else! All in all I couldn’t be more thankful and impressed!

I was blown away by the exceptional service at American Service Station! The mechanics were knowledgeable and professional, and they explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. They completed the repairs on time and within budget, and my car is running better than ever. I can't recommend this auto shop enough!

These guys were great! Took my vehicle right in - advised me of the issue and price within 20 mins. They were very honest and communicated when an additional part was needed. Again, the HONESTY was impressive. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was advised that the previous service shop recharged my freon, so they were not going to charge me. I am sure if I would have taken it some place else, I would have been charged regardless. Thanks for the quick turnaround and the excellent customer service!

BEWARE! I’ve been a customer for years and had historically been very satisfied. Recently however, I have lost trust in them. Some things were small, committing a turn around time on vehicle and then once they had my car, learning there was a significant delay because they did not in fact have the parts they need. Most recently, I went in for a routine oil change. They called to say my car really needed new break pads and strut replacement, for a total charge of $4,000. I decided to take it to a new local (5 Star Rated) service station. They took their time showing me under the car, why I needed none of that suggested work. I have officially moved my business.

Great customer service and honest with what my Jeep needed to keep it running well to hand down to my teen son. Not cheapest prices but you pay for great service and good quality work! Definitely recommend!

I'm a USN Veteran. My words are valor. My Brother recently passed down the Family 2002 Dodge Dakota with 173k miles. The body & interior almost perfect!! This is why I did the necessary research : QUALITY work, done in time critical assessments! American Service Station Alpharetta's Service Manager Roderick went the extras by following up with Me through the majors & the minors, WE have TRUSTED them to do at a higher standard. 3 separate majors has brought the personality back in performance(s)...So, deep Shout Out to The Service Team, time & time again!!

The team at Americas Service Station has been wonderful to work with! We have taken all of our cars there for the past 10 years. Too many stories to write on the ways they have helped but just this past week, they saved me from a crazy expense by easily fixing my side view mirror. Above and beyond helpful!

Really great service. Got in same day for oil change and issues they found they allowed me to go into the bay and take look at the car and leak. Very professional and helpful.
