We were not sure about what our shopping experience would be after seeing many negative comments on Google. However, we had a fantastic experience at the store. The staff welcomed us with beautiful smiles and friendly introduction. They helped us find the dress we want and explained their return policy at check out. Great customer service and communication.

I just bought a dress for my daughter and with in 20 minutes of the purchase, we decided to return it. They refused it, only letting us exchange or give store credit. Super rude way and showing zero willingness to, at least, be somewhat compassionate - just simply said that this was company policy. Definitely horrible retail customer service!

The clothes are cute here but the quality is bad.Update: This was my second time here and it will be my last time. Last minute shopping for a dress to attend a formal event. I should have thought thoroughly before buying the dresses, my fault. However, I think their policy is absolutely ridiculous. No refund, either store credit or exchanges! I bought the dresses last Sunday, not even a week, I changed my mind about what I wanted to wear and was told I can't return it. Anyway, this will be my last time here.

do not shop here. the clothing is expensive and my corset ripped in multiple places only an hour into wearing. I've been trying to get in contact with them but they only sent two extremely unhelpful automated responses, so now I am left with a defective piece of clothing and no refund or replacement. not worth it, their clothes look cute online but the quality is low. they're impossible to get a hold of, I am extremely frustrated.

Horrible quality for way too high of a price. Tried multiple things on, all of the quality was thin and cheap, all of the zippers were horrible and would get stuck when i would zip and unzip things, everything runs pretty big in store, no small enough sizes for short small women. Girls working had no idea what they were talking about when i asked them some simple stuff like "do you have this in a smaller size?" they seemed very lost as if i wasn't even speaking their language. When i tried stuff on and would come out to show the person i was with what i had on, the blonde would give me nasty looks but stayed quiet. definitely not going back, it's absurd that they want to charge you over 100 dollars for a short dress that has no adjustable straps and a bad quality zipper.

Carly was so helpful and accommodating to my friend and I tonight. We came in while they were getting ready to close yet she made us feel welcomed. All 3 of the staff members working tonight were so kind to us. Also they have the cutest clothes right now. I highly recommend shopping here!

Great experience trying to find a birthday dress for my sister! Julia and Mason were very accommodating and helpful. They were full of good suggestions! Would definitely shop here again. I just wish their sale section had more items catered to a small or medium size haha (but that seems to be the case across all American threads stores).

Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased full-priced items as Christmas gifts online on Cyber Monday and I used their Cyber Monday coupon which made all items final sale.....dirty business if you ask me. I won't support and I'll spread the word.
