WOW If you have a back yard and want to make it amazing with furniture, fire pits and all the fixings...this is the place for you! While it's unlikely that this is where I'd get my outdoor furniture, it isn't because of the lack of selection. If you've made it this far or read any of my other reviews, you've likely gathered that I'm pretty basic, so while the inventory here was beautiful, I'm the problem...it's me....I'm not bougie enough to pay $1k for an Adirondack chair or $5k for a fire pit. Again, if I had the funding, I'm going here - hands down some of the most beautiful furniture I have seen...just not for those of us that don't have a budget north of $10K for the backyard. Service wise, we got the nod and were told if we had any questions to let them know.

We bought outdoor furniture from them 20 years ago. After 20 years we decided to purchase new lounge chairs. The customer service we received was excellent. Anthony shared many options with us. The delivery was set up on a day we weren’t going to be home and furniture was set up in the proper place around the pool. We will definitely be giving them our future business.

Popped in while running another errand in Alpharetta. Huge selection of furniture at all price points. Really happy with our purchases. Paying for assembly and delivery was well worth it for us. Diane was so helpful.

We purchased our outdoor chairs in April, almost $2000 paid in full and promised a 3-4 week delivery. It’s been 7 weeks. We cannot reach them by phone…Have been calling for days. No one answers the phone and mailbox is full. Very disturbing and frustrating!

Had 4 custom chaise cushions made using a template of an older damaged cushion. I expected a 6-8 week lead time. Got a call in 3 weeks- cushions were done! Looked fabulous. Set them out and had some rains and noticed the cushions inside were not drying out at all after a few weeks if sunshine. Contacted the store and they offered to come pick them up. Turned out their supplier had some vendor issues (during COVID) where the incorrect inserts were sent and used. They make everything all right and had cushions back to me in a week. I'd def buy from them again.

Still waiting for my furniture cushions to arrive. It’s been almost 4 months since my order. No one cares to call and update on the delay. That’s poor customer service. Of course the furniture itself took much longer to arrive than what was promised as well.

We've had a great experience with American Backyard. Family owned, and we worked with Anthony who was awesome! He gave us design plans for our deck to see furniture layout options, we ordered and got a call the day the items arrived, with delivery just a few days later. We'll continue to shop here as we build out our outdoor living!

Reallyyyy nice outdoor furniture but they have too many 0's on the price tag. Ill be getting a second and third job to buy what the wife wants. They have an umbrella the size of mybackporch.
