Took my jeep wrangler to get a transmission cable repaired. It took more than a week and soon after the repair it had to be re done because it was done incorrectly originally.
I also had rotors and pads done which continue to squeak and now the ABS and other brake warning lights are on. It has been driven less the 250 miles since the brakes were done.
The prices were comparable to what the jeep dealer charges as well. Stay away. They don’t do quality work but charge premium prices. I will be taking it to the dealer for them to check all the work they have done since everything they have touched has failed.
8/24/2024 - UPDATE- I have driven less than 3000 miles since I got the brakes and the transmission harness replaced. Both repairs are failing miserably. I have one of the easiest cars to work as well. the transmission harness which only connects the shifter to the transmission is not a complicated repair. I will have to get my 3rd tow to the dealer now which in total costs $450 just for towing. The brakes have squeaked loudly since they installed them. I called to let them know and they blew it off and said drive more. Now every brake light indicator is on and the transmission harness is not working Again!!! This is the 2nd time this has happened since they repaired it. I have not driven 3000 miles yet. Don’t trust them with your car. They also price gauged me for the brakes. The dealer would have been cheaper. Worst ever.
UPDATE
The part to fix the transmission linkage is less the $15. It is a plastic bushing that is commonly in stock at most auto parts stores. They kept my jeep for a week and price gauged me on the price. This repair takes 5 minutes.
Do Not Trust Them!!!!!! Go Somewhere else.

I had a used car inspection done by Speed Auto Repair. I didn't have a lot of time but Roger got me in and out quickly. Don't confuse getting me in and out quickly with a rushed job. Speed Auto was VERY THEROUGH and had a print and text report ready foe me when I checked out. These folks are GREAT professionals. THANK YOU ROGER AND CREW !

Wow! I've never been to a mechanic shop that I actually looked forward to going to. Thomas, Roger, Kevin, and Jayce were super kind, very knowledgeable, and did a fabulous job of taking care of my car. I was so shocked when they offered to drive me home and pick me up when the work on the car was going to take longer than I had planned for. Such amazing customer service!!! I got my brakes and rotors replaced, and I will be coming back for any and every other car maintenance I need done in the future. Plus, they washed my car for me while it was in the shop! Such a great mechanic shop!

Speed Auto Repair of Alpharetta is my trusted car repair spot! I brought my car in for repairs and they gave me a ride home. A bit more needed to be done to my car to fix it, so they let me use a loaner car until they had finished with my car.
The people who work there are pleasant and professional, and they did an excellent job fixing my car.
