Allpro Subaru is one of two independent Subaru shops in Georgia that I trust outside of a dealership to use genuine OEM parts, not cheap aftermarket junk that's a waste of everyone's time and should hang their heads in shame for being made. Allpro's techs have probably forgotten more about Subarus than you could lean in a year of YouTube videos. Patrick is honest and up front with his prices and won't BS you about anything. If you want to modify your car, ask him about your build plans, and if you don't have a plan, work with him to get you where you want to be and you'll be driving a reliably modded Subaru without wasting money on stuff that's stupid.

So glad I found these guys! After getting the run around from multiple mechanics, allpro gave me an accurate diagnosis and fixed a bunch of problems with my outback. Only place I will take my Subaru from now on.

Count me as another very satisfied customer. These guys are the best. Patrick easily identified the cv axle issue on my 2017 Outback. I brought it in late on Thursday afternoon and it was ready the next morning. The communication was great from the get go - I even received a followup call from Patrick a few days later. If only all businesses were run like this...

Pat and Brandon are amazing at what they do! They explained everything that needed to be done. Things that should be done, but could wait, etc. Very honest mechanics! And they made sure I knew what I was looking at financially before starting any work. They even did the “ideal” estimate vs the “needs to be done” estimate so it was easy to see side by side. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mechanic for their Subaru!

By far the worst company I have had to deal with.
Last year we took our car into the shop they were paid in full “finished all the work except for one thing they were waiting on the parts for” (understandable)
They forgot to put the block plate in and never gave us our down pipe back that we asked to keep.
We called a year after because they still had not contacted us on when it could be brought in at this point it can’t pass emissions (they said it would still pass with the work being done) they had to tow it into the shop in I think February said they would start work on Friday Friday then turned to Monday Monday turned to Friday and so on.
Every time we called to ask have they started work the response would be “uhhh I’m unsure let me ask and I’ll call you back” ok sounds good (never got a call back) this happened at least 15 times. Never once got a call back. It is now June they finally got it on a lift to look at it for the FIRST TIME IN 4 MONTHS I called on Tuesday and they said the car is done. I said did y’all get the block off plate done and get us our up pipe done “uhhh I don’t know let me go ask I’ll give you a call back”(when do you think I will get a call back?) “in about a hour when we are back from lunch”
It is now Saturday and still have not got a call back.
This company has nice staff but is unreliable and can NOT do timely work. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If we did not already pay for the work OVER A YEAR AGO I would have pulled it out of the shop within the first 2 weeks of them not being able to communicate and just be honest with us. This company has some serious improvements that need to be made and I’m extremely disappointed we ever took it there in the first place.
To add on we finally went to pick up the vehicle to find out they had cut the down pipe to make it fit when they installed the new one so they had to cut the original down pipe to make it fit did not finish the welding AND damaged the car pulling it into there shop. Over 2 weeks ago they broke the front bumper as of this afternoon got a new bumper in Finally started calling back on time
We had told them this morning we have to have all this wrapped up by Saturday as we have a event with this vehicle Sunday have a appointment to get the bumper rewrapped and installed tomorrow at 11 and they are willing to fit the exhaust in to be able to do it at some point tomorrow but they won’t do it before the car has to be at another shop. I understand the request is typically undoable but considering it’s unfinished work and had been ongoing for 6 months now it’s very reasonable.
The remainder of the parts will not be here till
Friday or next week as they ordered it today instead of 2 weeks ago like the rest was.
They are definitely improving a little but not to the point I would ever recommend taking your vehicle here.
It’s also very disappointing seeing they have a lot of recent reviews of there cars being in and out within 3-6 days and they waited 4 months saying that’s how far they were backed up.

This place is awesome. Finding a repair shop I can trust is hard. I trust this shop. I had an issue caused by another repair shop and they really went above and beyond to help get my Subaru working again. I was really amazed at their expertise, ability to clearly explain the situation, and keep me updated on their progress. Even though we live an hour away we will be taking our Subaru back here when needed.

During my time living in Atlanta, Patrick and AllPro were my go-to for maintenance to my BRZ and WRX. From performance installs to general diagnosis and maintenance they were top notch every single time.

I respect these guys because they seem competent and honest. I was just disappointed in a few smaller things. Spent about $8000. Car sat at the shop for about 2-3 months before work got started because they were busy. First estimate changed without really notifying me. We were talking about the cost of the job a few weeks back and I was pointing out how pricing wasn’t aligned with the estimate I had in hand. Come to find out this was because they had a new estimate and had forgotten to provide it. When discussing potentially lowering the cost by foregoing some work that didn’t need to be done (replacing some axles that didn’t have anything wrong with them but that I was replacing in tandem with one axle that did have a torn boot), I was kind of surprised to hear that that had been done already but everything else hadn’t. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but I think things would have been a little better had communication been more frequent and maybe if they had called us to have had the car sent to them when the tech was actually available to do the work (if that was an option I mean instead of sitting on the lot for 2-3 months until they were free).
Got it back the other day and was a little disappointed that I had oil all over the drivers side seat, the drivers side door panel, the floor board, had an empty gas tank, and also a new inch long scratch on the front drivers side of the bumper. Just spent the past hour cleaning the oil. I used to work as a service manager and if you were spending a decent chunk of change at our shop we’d usually return your car with a full tank of gas and clean it for you. No insane detailing or anything, just a quick wash as a thank you for spending what you spent with us. We’d also use paper mats on the floorboards to keep the oil from the shop floor from getting on people’s cars.
Also as far as the scratch goes, my front bumper was repainted right before I took this to the shop (teenager bumped into my car in a parking lot so insurance paid for a new bumper and new paint that was fresh and didn’t have a ding or a mark on it). It’s a black car and it’s a decade old so it’s not the end of the world, just kinda disappointed with this all. I think this also speaks to maybe changing how you take new business, like deciding to maybe call a customer when you’re ready for their car instead of having it sit on the lot for months for when your tech is ready. I mean the less time it’s in your possession the less liability on you all so it’s probably a good stance to adopt as a business.
Not angry by any means but maybe just trying to offer some constructive feedback to pay finer attention to details. Sorry I couldn’t provide any photos of the oil stains. I just got done cleaning it up, which the time it took me kinda frustrated me to the point of deciding to post this.

Patrick and Brandon run a top notch place here. The shop is really organized and have a quick response time and great continuous communication. Their dedication and knowledge of the craft, expertise and transparency are unparalleled.
This shop is run by honest hard working good guys who will keep it straight with you.
Don't go anywhere else - bring your vehicle here & you will be in great hands.
These guys know they're way around anything with four wheels. I wouldn't trust any other shop with my WRX - from big complex vehicle issues to smaller & more simple repairs, AllPro Subie will never disappoint.
