Update
I initially had an issue with one of the store associates and left some feedback via a review. The owner actually called me, apologized and took care of me. Its good to see some businesses actually care about their customers.

Terrible Ace Hardware. Usually Aces are pretty good but this one is def the exception. I brought my 3 week stihl chainsaw here for oil leak. The extremely rude lazy associate at first tried to get me to come back Monday because the repair shop was currently closed and he didn't want to have to fill out the drop off paper. Then the store tried to get me too pay them $50 to look at it. Its 3 weeks old and has a 2 year warranty so why would I pay you all because I received a defective equipment that is still under warranty. Absolutely crazy. Will never shop at this ace or its sister stores again. No wonder the store has terrible ratings.
