We have been searching for a pre-owned Yamaha baby grand for over a year and a half (certain price range) locally. Finally expanded our search and called Pascal. Within 30 min he sent me a couple examples pianos they had which matched our search. Not only did he send pictures and serial numbers, but videos of him playing those specific pianos. Paid a deposit and he delivered the piano four days later and tuned it himself. We are a little over 2 hrs away. Thank you for the amazing customer service and easy buying experience. Run, don’t walk to buying from A440!

Great service and family run business! You really feel like you aren't being taken advantage of and you never feel like you are being pushed into a sale. They have everything you might need at a lot of different price ranges. I found my dream piano after going and playing his pianos a few different times. Highly recommend!!

This guy is a crook. I had to hire an attorney and lost a lot of money in a piano that was never even delivered. Stay away. What he sells is nice looking furniture pieces.

A440 Pianos had the perfect white baby grand piano for my mother-in-law's new home. Mr. Pascal was super friendly and fair. The delivery was on time as scheduled. He even played some tunes on the piano after setup and we enjoyed that! Made me want to learn how to play! I highly recommend A440 pianos for your piano needs!

Great job moving and tuning the piano. Although it’s important to note that the price may go up $100 once they reach you “for this or that” various reason. Also important to note tuning IS NOT included in the quote the owner gives you- though their wording in conversation may be a little misleading for some. Quoted $250 for transporting and tuning. Ended up paying $350 for transport (even though they drove to van into the yard and literally right TO the room door where it was to be delivered… then an additional $195 charged for tuning. Total: $545.00 Overall the tuning was done well and they were very careful with the piano, just need some work on customer service…

Interesting that the owner says my review is fake . I’ve got texts and my student has texts to prove we communicated with you. I also have checks that I’ve written to you in the past that shows we have communicated. As a grown adult you should tell the truth and be more mature. As the picture shows we tried to communicate with you at least 10 times that day to get you to show up and as anyone can see it says you read the text.

This guy is a scam artist... i visited his repair center and he rebuilds pianos and puts fake logos on.. I personally saw a Baldwin logo that he was putting on a non-Baldwin piano...should be reported!

This is a scam!! Bait and switch trick to get you to the “shop”. I talked to the owner on Friday about a specific piano. He answered my questions and provided the history of a the piano. I made an appointment to see the piano the very next day. I drove over 2 hours to see the piano only to find out it had been sold weeks ago. Why in the world did the owner not tell me that the piano that I was coming to see was not available!! Don’t waste your time even talking with these folks.

To say I was 'hesitant ' to purchase a piano online would be a severe understatement- try 'completely paranoid ' since it's such a big purchase and you can't try it out prior to buying. Let me tell you, our experience with A440 Pianos was simply amazing!!! The company answered all of my questions prior to sale- they are transparent and have fantastic communication - this company's owner is an AAA+++ professional who knows pianos and is a pianist. Payment was super easy online and the piano delivered promptly BY THE OWNER HIMSELF within 2 weeks of purchase and what a deal!!! We received a beautiful, used Yamaha upright piano that looks gorgeous and plays/sounds beautifully for a very reasonable price !!!! Don't hesitate- this is a great company; would do business with them 100 times over!!

Just had a call from Peru. Guess who? It was Pascal trolling me. I guess he thinks scamming and cheating people is a joke as he was LHAO while telling me I can do all the trashing on social media I want and it won't hurt him because he has cheap prices. Now the latest is he again listed a piano for sale on Craigslist Tampa as if he was selling it privately. Then when you ask for a serial number he gives a bogus number. Then they come back and tell you they have sold it to a wholesaler. His reputation when you check it out is totally garbage. I will continue.

A 440 Pianos is advertising as a local selling a piano using a bait and switch tactic. I was communicating with what I thought was a local neighbor selling a Kawai piano and when I accepted the negotiated price I was told it was sold to a dealer. The next thing I know is Tom from A 440 called me to see if I wanted the piano. Check SCAM alert to see more examples of this.

We needed a white baby grand for my daughters wedding. A440 Pianos were perfect, easy to work with, on time and very professional.
