Tow driver named Terrance was given the keys to our car, but when we went to retrieve the vehicle, the keys cannot be found. Luckily, we have a spare. I feel like this is a scam so your car can sit in the lot accumulating fees for a higher payout. We will be filing a police report for theft.

ATOW sent me a letter of motor vehicle abandonment in 2020. I reached out to them with proof from bmw financial that I was no longer in possession of the vehicle. Now again in Jan 2024 I received another letter about the same thing. I now also went to MVC and got a copy of the plate showing it was surrendered. When I tried to contact ATOW at the Harriet St location the women I spoke with Theresa was extremely rude, unhelpful and just kept putting me on hold in hopes I would hang up. I called the Fulton Blvd location and spoke with Noelle who was very patient, kind and helpful. Exactly as it should be considering they reached out to me. But ultimately the experience from the other location completely tainted my experience.

I saw some of these reviews and was a little concerned but I prayed and God gave me favor. The front lady was very kind and helpful. I was able to get my belongings and go about my day. When you respect and are courteous to others, they reciprocate. I found that to be the case. God bless everyone who reads this. Remember Jesus Christ loves you and wants a real and consistent relationship with you. Be a student of God which will make you a real follower. Blessings.

Bad service call a tow truck waited 4 hours never came it was a police call the police was even mad had to call for a another tow company

Called to inquire about a vehicle in their auction and the woman who answered was undoubtedly the rudest, non-helpful employee I’ve dealt with in years… and for absolutely no reason.To the company, a word of advice, she is single-handedly is the reason why I am not spending thousands of dollars today bidding on two vehicles in your auction today… from a business owner myself, do yourselves a favor and find a better employee.If she so happens to be the owner/owners wife, ma’am you’re an extremely miserable human being. Judging by your one star reviews, you’re the prime example why tow companies have a bad rep.

I don’t know the guy’s name, but the young man behind the desk at the northern location is a super cool & genuine guy. I’ve had issues in the past with my nasty HOA, so this wasn’t my first run-in with these guys. Last time I was able to catch the driver, and had to pay a drop fee, but the driver was very nice, understanding, and easy to communicate with. I see some bad reviews, but honestly you might be surprised at how far a little politeness can get you in these situations. I’m sure these guys deal with very angry people all the time. Take a deep breath. Be kind.Edit: the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my other car is 4WD and they didn’t use a flatbed (big no-no). Glad I was able to flag him down before major damage was caused lol. Anyway, no harm, no fowl.

Terrible customer service . Ive tried calling several times to get information on getting my vehicle . Pretty much was given The run around . The staff is very nasty and they do not care .I do not recommend!Service: Car towing

Car broke down in the middle of the road and Sandy Springs police called ATow to get the car out of the road due to safety concerns. Upon confirming with Sandy Springs PD, the contract states the tow driver is supposed to give you an option as to where the vehicle gets towed. Their thieving, lying driver refused to take the car anywhere but the impound lot saying their contract requires the car be impounded. For a ~5mile tow they charged $182 when they refused to take the car to the auto shop we requested it go to. Their drivers take advantage of people, lie about the laws and contracts and charge every little bit they can. Should be investigated by the proper authorities as this was literally a legal car theft.

Dave really cares about our issues. He was the best help out of the entire staff. He was very empathetic, and he thought of quick solutions. Keep it up, Dave! I really appreciate everything. A Tow, do not lose this great employee! I would've given it 5 stars, but management was so nasty to me. Ask for Dave yall!!!!

When coming to get my belongings after my car had been deemed totalled the front desk stated they don't have my key. Then once my car is transferred to the auction all of a sudden all my things are stolen all my belongings. Lady in front that usually works there is impatient and the whole tow company is a joke. Don't ever get your car towed there just don't !!
