I had a screw in my tire. I went to the chain tire store across the street from 9 north and was told my tires (which had 16k miles) didn’t have enough tread to patch and that it was dangerous for me to keep driving on them. The person showed me some little tool she used and said all 4 tires needed replacing. I was skeptical and went across the street to 9 North. I went in assuming I needed 4 tires and told the man at the desk that I needed a price. He went out to get the size and said my tires looked almost new, and patched the hole with no problem. I’ll definitely be giving them my business from now on. Very nice, very fast, and much more honest than their competitors.

I don’t recommend them at all. I took it in for shaking. They told me it was my front 2 tires and I needed and alignment and campers. They obviously didn’t check my car for the real issue because they came back 2 weeks later saying it was my transmission. How do you recommend tires then say it’s the transmission.

Needed a set of tires for my son's truck. Cody found the perfect set of Firestone tires and got them in. Was in and out within 45 minutes of arriving. Highly recommend these guys for tires!

They gave me a fair price and were friendly. But I’ve been in 3 times now to get my tires rotated. And they are too busy. Today I called. And was told too busy again. I will not buy from them again. What good is a good price if I can’t get the free servicing that is included? I would recommend elsewhere.

My family has been going here for years for both repair and tires. I had a flat tire and they were able to plug it and send me on my way in 20 minutes without an appointment. The guys were very friendly and happy to help!

Spent a lot of money in the past here tried to get tires rotated for months as I had bought the tires from these guys never had time to rotate finally got an appointment and said tires are too bald in back and would not service them said buy new tires. I said if you would have serviced them when needed this wouldn’t happen.Don’t tell customers you do free rotations when spending money on tires when you always say your to busy.thx Steve

9 North Tire in Alpharetta is in my opinion the best tire shop in the Atlanta area. I have been a customer of theirs for more than 10 years and have always received excellent service at a fair price. They are in business to create repeat customers. It’s hard to find a shop that you can trust and will not take advantage of situations. These guys are great and I highly recommend them. I was getting new tires today for my truck and they noticed my carrier bearing on my drive shaft was upside down. They fixed it for free and it took care of a nagging vibration that was bothering me.Michael
