They have some pretty good stuff here, the women’s boots was lacking a lot with only two options in the entire store. But everything else was great.

My husband and I were in the 511 store for maybe an hour picking out different hats. The staff was incredibly helpful showing us all the places hats were located & giving suggestions based on what he wanted. We ended up buying 4 hats and 4 patches based on their help. Would go again!

before this place opened ~5-6 years ago, the only authorized retailer I knew with this kind of EDC variety in and around the perimeter was in Forest Park, GA. those of us ITP really appreciate the convenience and huge inventory this location affords us. plus they have an awesome staff to boot so ...

The clothing options were good but when it came to something 5.11 made but wasn't in stock the service stopped cold. Then when I called 5.11 corporate, they would not provide an overnight or even two day shipping option. Go to Optics Planet. You'll be a lot happier.

I called a couple of days ago to see if they had a certain style of pants in stock. The nice lady on the phone asked some leading questions to not only make sure they had the pants I was looking for but also additional options just in case. Fast forward to today, I went to pick up the pants and the lady I'd spoken to on the phone was there and she turned out to be the manager. I tried on all of the pants she'd set aside for me but was still having trouble with the fit so she circled the store and found me even more additional options. I think I stayed close to an hour there! I've never had a retail experience like this, where someone is truly invested in making sure I get exactly what I need and that I feel comfortable with my choices. She seems like she genuinely enjoys her job and that was so refreshing as a customer who really wasn't sure what she was looking for. Thank you for your help and I will definitely make the trek back

Melodie was awesome. I looked at something I wasn't sure would fit my use correctly and she worked with me to be sure it would before I bought it. Then I wanted to get an accessory and she immediately understood what I was thinking of doing and helped me find the part. She even went in the back and pulled something that was an even better solution than what I was thinking. I couldn't ask for better customer service. I will definitely be back.

This morning was the first time ever visiting a 5.11 store, and there are no complaints here. Melodie was very attentive and knowledgeable on the priducts in store; her customer service was top tier.Looking forward to coming back again!

Horrible customer service. I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago. When I finally contacted them to see when it will ship (it is showing as "processing") I got an email back that the order was canceled due to "insufficient inventory". Not impressed at all at how it was handled.

Loved the store until I needed to return an item that didn’t fit, looked online to make sure they were open on a Sunday which they said they were. So I drove 30 minutes only to find a locked door and a sign in the window at 3:15 saying “back at 3:45” ?!?!!! Really. So I wait 40 minutes because I have no choice and when I complained the worker said “lunch”. No apology even. No remorse. Like it’s just My fault for not knowing somehow he was closing for lunch ? At 3? REALLY!?? What retail store closes for lunch without notification to anyone? I wonder if corporate even knows they do this because it’s ridiculous and unprofessional.
