Seen more employees sitting outside on there phones talking with all of us customers waiting in line waiting on them to come back in and do their job. Y'all need to hire people who are going to actually do their job.

Went to check of canned spray paint deal for Labor Day. Was going to purchase 4 cans. 2 black/2 white. They rang up regular price. $3.99 each. They were supposed to be 1/2 off. The lady was lounging in a chair and was not interested in checking on the pricing or a rain check . I walked out. Sorry.

Why am I at Rose's and it's closed? They either open late, or close early some Sunday's it seems. I didn't know they changed store hours.

This store sucks. I have given it 3 chances to give good customer service. Have not received any. Store is dirty. Employees are rude and do not want to help customers. They fired or caused to quit the good employees because they do not want to pay for good worker's. Not to mention some employees need to discover that lil thing called soap.

I love our local Roses. They have a great selection, and low prices. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The store has a small town feel while offering options outside of the 'norm' you see at most other stores around here. When you have time to go through and look you're sure to find something that feels individual to you. The store is clean, well organized, and products are staged to be easily found. New inventory is always being rotated in and old favorites are sure to be there as expected.
