I give it a 3 because it all depends on who is working that day. The drive thru woodall at night time is a joke. The cashiers are more busy getting involved in actions occurring around the parking lot rather than providing quality service to customers. One cashier cursed me out when I asked her why she is so busy getting into arguments with women who are not even customers rather than waiting on present customers. I waited over ten minutes online while she argued with women in cars. Just left me waiting. So good luck at night.
