I didn’t get the name of the manager who got the dress for me but she was wonderful as well. And Ruth was so kind to my 3 year old son as well and she checked us out very quickly.”

“Good location and easy to see from road. The only annoying thing I can pinpoint is those god awful alarm ringing from the show isles. It’s almost like you can’t focus on kids shoe size shopping from all the heavy ringing in your ears. Even my kiddos were trying to make them stop”
“Decent selection. People had purchased most items due to Easter. Loved the women's church dresses, but dresses are cut small and pricey $60 for a Discount store. Staff was extremely friendly.”

The young lady at the register was very nice and told me that I didn't have to get in line to get them that I cold just stand there until she finished that person and she would get them for me. “The friendliest staff in any retail or service business in all of Albany!! They acknowledge you and welcome you with a warm greeting. They offer assistance or answer questions without negativity. I've been here for a few months, and I'm taken aback of the lack of customer service I've witnessed in this town (so far). Shopping at this particular Kohls was very refreshing! “The customer service at the Jacksonville Florida location was great! The ladies had this teamwork & we love our customers vibe! Very customer oriented, assisted me & the other ladies with me without hesitation & without any negativity at all. This was my first visit with the Rainbow chain & they made me want to definitely come back (although I live 2hrs away). I plan to visit a Georgia location soon. I would recommend this store if you like urban wear, cute shoes, want to get feedback on coordinating some items. Oh, surprisingly the eyeshadow I bought is actually high quality!
