“I always try to stop at this location when in Albany. They usually are well stocked with friendly staff. Parking is ok, usually filled with a bunch of high school kids, but they normally don’t bother anyone. Decent prices but the coupons don’t cover all brands and I wish you could bank your Kohl’s cash or apply to your credit card.”
“SHOUTOUT to miss Sophelia she is Amazing took her time to make sure I found everything I needed for my special event and not only did she have patience with me but she happy took care of me with a smile on her face the entire time. The young lady at the register was very nice and told me that I didn't have to get in line to get them that I cold just stand there until she finished that person and she would get them for me. “The customer service at the Jacksonville Florida location was great! The ladies had this teamwork & we love our customers vibe! Very customer oriented, assisted me & the other ladies with me without hesitation & without any negativity at all. This was my first visit with the Rainbow chain & they made me want to definitely come back (although I live 2hrs away). I plan to visit a Georgia location soon. I would recommend this store if you like urban wear, cute shoes, want to get feedback on coordinating some items. Oh, surprisingly the eyeshadow I bought is actually high quality! “I had a wonderful shopping experience at Karlee today. I was in Albany for work. Popped in on my lunch break for some quick shopping.The staff was incredibly friendly in the most genuine way.They have something for everyone. I am an older person and I found plenty of stylish options. They also had styles that were more appropriate for women in their 20s. The price points were broad to fit most budgets. I purchased at $50 sweater and a $200 top.I will certainly be stopping by Karlee the next time I am in town for business.”
