Wonderful store wonderful service! I'm giving four stars, otherwise would be five, but, I was really trying to purchase two pairs of shoes. I love the selection here . The sign on the door and online said that the store closes at 5:00 p.m. I got there a little bit late, but I did rushed across town to get there as quick as I could. I arrive at the store 15 minutes till and no one was even there. So I called the number on the door. I was notified that they closed at 3:30. No hard feelings, I still love this store, although I ended up instead, getting three pairs of shoes at a different store. I do recommend this store and I will return, hopefully real soon.Wild Side Running#AWESOME PLACE BEST SHOES EVER

I bought a pair of Hoka shoes from here and they are very comfortable, and the customer service was awesome

This place has the most knowledge, kind, and helpful staff around! They assisted my daughter and I with our running form to help my daughter with eliminating her shin splints and put me in the correct type of running shoe. We even paid less than a mall store for our shoes, even after all the professional assistance!

12 hour shift nurse here that loves brooks. Google said they were open mondays so I called, no answer. The owner called me right back. Due to the pandemic, he had decreased hours and was closed Mondays. However, he asked if that was my only day off and when I said yes, he offered to meet me at the store. Answered all my questions, and even helped my husband find some running shoes. All on his "day off". Super kind and helpful. Shop local people! This place was great!
