Had a problem with an return and ended up need the store manager which name is Dawayne and I'm thinking a team lead that name is Chaz they are very nasty and unprofessional I wish there was a better way to leave a complaint I will not be shopping at this Walmart anymore I will be going to leedo rd from now on

I was shopping looking a clock for a gift for my aunt.i couldn't find it ,so I ask a worker that was already busy working on something else.he stop what he was doing and walked me over to the clocks. I purchased it. Thanks

Delivering to this Wal-Mart is time consuming. It will burn a trucker time clock. They allow the beer/wine truck to stay docked while he is on the floor putting away his goods. No other Wal-Mart does this. This leaves them only utilizing 1 out of 4 docks while trucks are continuously lining up.

I can't ever give walmart better than a 3 unless it's in Bainbridge. They get a 5 every time, but the one in Cairo always has some kinda drama going on. Not for me.

I gave walmart in east albany 3 stars because, it's the closest one to us that has more available items on the shelf. The food prices are not extreme in comparison to the local grocery store by home. In order to actually have a 5 star review, something needs to be handled about the customer service and interactions or lack there of. If needing help locating a product the employees that I encountered either commented," I don't work in this section sorry" and walked off or "it should be with the other otc medicine somewhere if you don't see it we don't have it!" Instead of taking a moment to look away from the cell phones to actually help locate cold medicine for a child. And then only 2 registers open with an associate other than that we have to ring our own stuff up, hoping the prices ring up correctly and we do not accidentally mi's scan or skip an item since we are not exactly used to doing so. There are a lot of associates that could make everyone's walmart experience easier and more delightful and actually would not be stealing time from corporate pockets for paying people to go to work to hang out and be friendly with their friends instead of helping customers.

I want to commend you on having some of the laziest employees I've ever seen at Walmart. I hate this damn place now. Every employee is useless.
