Best order pick up I've ever had! We live in Florida and I always anticipate being let down by Walmart order pick up. My order was done on time and more importantly, my sales associate, Davonte, was hands down the best associate I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was on top of it all. He was the only one I saw bringing the orders out but he was busting butt and getting it done. He was so personable and polite! Thank you!!

This store is corrupt. Management doesn't follow up with corporate complaints. This store won't even match pricing online with their own store even though corporate has informed me they are supposed to .

I tried the online shopping and after pickup I got a crushed can of soup and my apple looked like a small bite was taken out of it. I will never use their online shopping ever again. The Albany Georgia manager should be embarrassed.

I am from out of state. Overall the employees seemed nice. Seems like customers know the employees. Gives small town vibes. Yesterday a woman by the name of Michelle went out of her way to help me in detail, even gave advice. I was lost on what I needed to look for and she helped, even though she was very occupied her self with stocking, labeling and organizing products. We don’t see good customer service these days. So when we do, it should be acknowledged. Thanks again Ms. Michelle!

I do NOT recommend this store to get any online shopping delivery or pick ups from . You call the store number only department that will pick up is pharmacy. i had to talk to a lady there to be able to get into any contact with anyone in online pick up or in general. Its ridiculous that you have to wait 45 minutes for your order. not to mention left and went back the next day and they tell you , you may need a refund after talking to someone through pharmacy that there’s a certain time you’ll be there to pick it up and that it’s still at the store. This store employees are so rude will hang up in your face! I will never order from here again. Even customer service wouldn’t answer. This store doesn’t even deserve to be open this isn’t the first time this has happen.
