Online delivery from this store sent my orders to the wrong address 4 times. The response from the store was, they don't have control of the drivers. Walmart customer service is also very limited in what they can do.

I spend entirely too much here to be cheated for money! 9/29/23 I made a purchase, in-store, requested cash back, $80.,got a receipt saying error and cashier assured me it wouldn't come out of account and when it did I requested a inquiry on it and still haven't gotten my money! Don't appreciate being robbed right in my face then lied to.! Food is 1 thing but I'm a disabled senior and can't afford to lose money!

Overall, shopping here at the Slappey Blvd. Walmart location, is convenient and easy. Although a much smaller store than the Ledo Rd. or Cordele Rd. Superstore locations, this store carries much of the same brands and same merchandise varieties as the bigger stores. The personal care items such as shampoos, deodorants, lotions, razors, soaps, nail polishes, hair dryers, curlers, & straighteners, hair color, face wash, blemish stickers, brushes, and etc., are plenty to choose from. The prices at this location are slightly higher than at the Cordele Rd location and about the same if not a tad lower here than at the Ledo Rd location. Don't ask me why prices are different at the same store but 4 different locations. I don't shop at the Gillionville Rd location but my husband sometimes does and reports that the prices there are actually higher than Slappey Blvd. You know, it really does bother me that the prices change due to the stores location.... so, i looked it up & that called "Price Discrimination". To be clear & exact, it's 3rd degree price discrimination & it's practiced based on the SELLER'S BELIEF that customers in CERTAIN GROUPS can be asked to pay MORE or LESS based on certain DEMOGRAPHICS or on how THEY value the products or services in question. THEY being us Albanians. So, be aware of the price you're paying, LITERALLY, for where you shop. One last thing, the ladies who work at the Slappey store are, for the most part, amazing. They're thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable, and patient. It's the customer care I receive at this location that keeps me returning to this store in particular.

Had a small issue with the coin exchange machine, but I barely noticed as it was immediately resolved by the great employees at this location

I was at the Walmart on Slappy Blvd, Albany, Georgia. My wife was with me, but we were buying items separately, each with our own money. We saw liquid stevia at a certain price - labeled clearly beneath it. I grabbed one and she grabbed one. She picked up one three-pack of instant yeast and I picked up two three-packs of instant yeast. So, she and I both get in self check-out line and she is in front of me. Keep in mind that we were paying as two separate customers, so in theory, and as far as Walmart was concerned, we might have not even known one another. Anyway, she scans her Great Value brand liquid Stevia and the price was significantly higher than advertised on the shelf. She reports this to a worker, who does an override and gives her the advertised on-shelf price. She next scans the Great Value Fast Rising Instant Yeast. AGAIN, not the on-shelf advertised price! She shows this to the same worker, who once again does an override so that she pays the correct advertised price. I am right behind my wife in checkout line with my Stevia and my two packs of Fast Rising Instant Yeast. I request the same override that the person in front of me (who happened to be my wife - but Walmart didn't know that) got. The Walmart worker replied that his manager would only let him override one item - - so, he said to me, (and I quote), "That's on you." (How was it "on me"? This was Walmart's "false on-shelf pricing", and Walmart's refusal to override it and give me the advertised on-shelf price!) So...the person directly in front of me in checkout line gets an override for the advertised shelf price - - and I do not, and am forced to either pay the inflated/non-advertised price or just not buy the items at all. So, I elected to leave the items there.
