The wait time for 1 prescriptions is ridiculous. How do u tell a customer their medicine will be ready at 1 pm then have them wait in an extremely long line...i know u cant control that, but still have to turn around and wait an hour or so longer before the medicine is actually filled. The short black girl with the afro or sometimes she have kinky curls is very rude i hate i don't have her name but i will update this with it once i do. She is very unprofessional she rolls her eyes at the customers who ask questions because they are being told their medicine is ready for pick up but its not. She talks about the customers in front of other customers to the other reps working back there and they just giggle. She needs some training in customer service cause that ain't it. Then its bad enough u already have to wait an extra hour for your medicine that is suppose to be ready but they send you over to consultation before they allow you to get your medicine and the actually pharmacist has to release them to u so it's the waiting process all over again. People with peach medicaid who live on the east side of Albany or have no other way to get to another pharmacy on the other side of town have no choice but to use this Walmart. Peach medicaid will only partner with them so that explain the long lines but don't tell customers their medicine will be ready at 1 pm and have them sitting in the store until 3 pm to get medication that should have already been ready.

Really and truly wish there was a lower rating. My doctor called in a prescription at 10:15 on 3-15-19. I arrived to purchase the prescription and the Tech has no idea about it. When the Pharmacist was asked about it he stated that the message from the doctor was on the vm. At the time the tech stated it would take 10-15 minutes. 20-25 minutes pass and when I go back another tech tells me that it hasn't been filled yet and it will be another 15 minutes or so. After seeing the frustration on my face the only thing the young lady could say was I'm not doing the filling. This is actually the 2nd time this has happened and it reminded me of why I never have any prescriptions sent there. They are ridiculously slow and are not concerned about the customer's time. I only went there because of proximity but will take the drive to another Pharmacy before I go back to the Cordele Rd Wal Mart Pharmacy ever again. Thx for absolutely nothing.

After transferring a prescription to this pharmacy I had to wait two and a half hours for it to get filled. Most consider me a very polite person so I don't understand the rudeness I experienced when I simply asked if my medicine was filled. I will fill the remaining refill here, but will not return to get anything filled here again. Two stars was for the convenience of the Walmart app that I used to check on my prescription to avoid the backlash of asking a pharmacist about it again.

I had complained about the pharmacy at this location a few weeks back but it turns out the reason the no one was answering the phones was because there was a power outage in the area. I have no complaints at this point. The associates are very helpful and patient over the phone and in person. They are pretty fast, too!

To slow never call the Doctor for refills that my Mom needs. We call in two to three days ahead. They are not doing there jobs. Changing pharmacist alot.

Be sure to check all your stuff before you leave, almost every time I go there something I bought is missing!! Even when the cashier is handing me the bag- Rather Curious if you ask me!

Saw more employees standing around playing on their phones than working. By looking around at crap scattered all over there was plenty to be done. I'm pretty sure that was a used diaper on the floor.
