Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be ready. Window assistant is not friendly and could care less that they make people wait extremely long times for a orders.

I enjoyed going into this store but me and a few other customers noticed while we were looking for hamburger meat at how awful the raw meat section smells. You could see slime dripping down onto other meat below and it smelled so bad. She was showing someone else the blood all under some of the chicken on the bottom row. It had flies dried up in the blood. Just disgusting. I mentioned something to an employee and he said he would handle it and it looked as if he didn't care. Just nasty!!

I'm getting a migraine just from thinking about this crap. My dad goes here to their Pharmacy for his medication refills. He called me up tonight and I knew something was wrong. He was stressing out because he knew he had to visit Walmart's pharmacy for another refill since he's due for refills again. He knows that every time he visits that location, the PHARMACY TECH that is blurting out that she's a PHARMACIST, has been extremely hostile toward my dad for no reason other than she just needs to take an attitude out on people due to her own misery. Let me get something straight: when someone visits your pharmacy as a customer, you take care of them. You don't yell at them even when they're nice to you. You don't say things like, "I don't care what your payment/price history says in your profile, I'm not giving you the usual price for your meds!". You do not ever say those things. I could easily report some people to ACLU, the Board of Pharmacy, and to Pharmacy Regulation. Do not try me. I have had enough of my dad being treated like crap at this location and he needs his HEART MEDICATIONS for crying out loud! There's a hateful pharmacy tech that has been yelling at my dad, refusing to acknowledge what's in his chart, and clearly discriminating against him. I'm some hours away from Albany, but I know how the industry works because I work in it and I have no problem shaking things up just to get this issue resolved. I'm expecting things to be resolved for my dad at this location by tomorrow and a sincere appology to him. I also expect the hateful brats from that pharmacy to be either reprimanded or fired immediately. They need a major attitude adjustment and they need to go back to school because last time I checked, being hateful to clients is not a part of the curriculum. Do not ever be hateful toward my dad or any of my loved ones ever again. They are some of the kindest people you could ever meet, but some of you guys at Walmart want to run certain people off and discriminate. If this doesn't get resolved by TOMORROW (6/18/2019), some major higher-ups WILL be getting involved and I will make sure a ton of people leave your pharmacy and go elsewhere. My dad did not ask me to speak on behalf of him, but I'm doing it anyway because he walked out of there WITHOUT HIS MEDICATIONS due to a hateful pharmacy tech. Fix this crap immediately or I'm reporting you guys! Have a nice day.
