Christmas Eve curbside shopping . I understand that it is busy. Some of my order out of stock. Also understandable. Lack of concern not acceptable.Transferred all around the store. Got the manager who then transferred me to assistant manger who was unconcerned and not apologetic at all. The level of customer non existent. I’ll not make this mistake againP.S. I work at a location in Florida . Just expected better

One of the worst Walgreens pharmacies in the country. I lived all over. Always an issue getting my prescriptions. It is either delayed or there are some issue with the prescription. And forget about speaking to someone on the phone . They simply don't pickup. If you do get a person they will tell you all is set but they honestly do not do what they say they will do. It takes multiple calls or visits. Please pick a different store . This one will waste your time.

Lacrina in the pharmacy is the best! She is very friendly and professional, and most importantly, she knows her job.

They continually run out of stock of Humalog insulin. Poor inventory control.

Got here at 1:25. Checked to see if they had prescription and they did. At 1:30 shut the blinds for lunch. It's now 2:15 and they just started serving people. They don't understand customs service.

1 hour and 6 minutes is excessive to wait in the drive-thru for medication when there were only 4 cars ahead of me. After 1 hour and 6 mins the window clerk ask me to drive around and get back in line again because system was giving problems. Also, you will find that they are not cooperative at all when you start your prescription transfer to a new Pharmacy. Phones are a real joke. It appears they put you on hold for 10-15 mins then hang up on you. This has happened so many times and lately has gotten worse. Corporate appears to be very dysfunctional as well. They gave me a case number and advised they would follow up in 48 hours. It's been 10 days and no one has followed up. These folks have no sympathy for sick people.

They say prescription will be ready in 15 mins while you are standing in the store 2 hrs later not ready. This is crazy to treat customers this way

Waited in line almost 30 minutes to get my second covid shot. Place is pretty busy, especially the pharmacy. Had also done an online order pick-up. I waited about 10 minutes in that line. Customer service is good... it's just a long wait for everything.

I would give Walgreens a 0 star rating if Google allowed it. Been coming here for years and service in the pharmacy has steadily declined. I am beyond tired of calling to check the status of my Rx and being told it will be ready at a specific time. I drive to the pharmacy at the time they say meds will be ready and I am told "you can't pick up your medication until tomorrow". This happens almost EVERY SINGLE MONTH! My family spends a lot of money at this pharmacy every year but not anymore. I am taking my hard earned money to a business that can at least train employees to provide accurate info on when an Rx can be picked up. No longer will I waste my time/money at a place that cares nothing about customers or community.
