Doesn't look like much when you walk/drive past. The workers are always somewhere else doing something else. You need to hunt for them. There's a nice selection of everything. Prices are a bit higher than Petsmart and Amazon, but it's just across the fence from my apartment, so it's definitely more convenient. A LOVELY self-help pet washing station. My complaint is that you can wash your St. Bernard for the same price as my teacup chihuahua. Not right. Huge difference in the amount of water, shampoo, heck, even the number of towels!!! I shouldn't be paying the same, THAT is why I haven't used it!!!

We have been purchasing dog food here for years. Never an issue until today. My mom went in to get our dog food and was told it was in the back and they couldn’t get it yet to come back another time. Sent my boyfriend up there to get it, because we NEED it. Asked to speak to a manager, manager said the same thing. Store manager ended up getting the dog food. Well over $100 worth of food. Third key manager told my boyfriend that my mother is a “witch” and that if he told my mom that she was “prepared to fight”. Unprofessional. As a former employee at the location it is highly disappointing because I know the standards.

I have been have help with my aquarium for months when it developed bacterial bloom , Cody was great and ever since has introduced me to live place and the staff there is awesome , have visited there today and the manager I think helped me get some clown plecos , thanks petsupermarket,

We bought our 2 babies Pixie and Dixie (ferrets) on Saturday the store manager was awesome and answered every question we had. Great customer service.

They do not honor prices posted on fish tank. Price on tank was$12.99. Then This is twice this has happened to my grandson. They told him the price today and we waited over 3o minutes to get waited on and then told us that price was for a smaller fish not even in the tank. Said the price for fish in tank was $34.95. NO such price posted on tank for any fish in that tank!
