I ran out of Lantus Insulin, missing half a dose last night. I threw out the box when I texted the refill in on Friday. I'm out of refills, and U-Save-It Northwest is nice enough to reach out to the doctor for me. So now it's Monday, I'm out of Insulin, my phone is shut off for non payment, and I can't call. Tuesday I have no insulin, get the phone turned back on at 3:30pm. Call the pharmacy, and they stop delivering at 3. I have no vehicle. Sounds like a me problem, right??? I-Save-It says not a problem, and gets the insulin filled, and sends their driver back out an hour after he's done with his deliveries. You can't make this stuff up. There ARE still good people in this world!!!

This is the best pharmacy in Albany by far. Their staff is very friendly and helpful and prescription prices are the lowest in town. Picking up my medications in the drive thru is always super fast. I’m pretty sure they offer free delivery as well.

This pharmacy has what I want in a pharmacy. The staff treats you like friends and it does not make you walk through a quarter mile of impulse buy shopping ailses. They know my allergies and what medications I'm taking. More than once they have made sure that I was prevented from taking a medication that would interact badly with another previous medication. The end of the year I ask and they give all the previous year's information for my taxes. To unwell to go to the drugstore have the doctor send your prescription to them and they deliver. Truly a wonderful place for your medication needs.
