I’ve worked in customer service before so I always try to make the job sooo easy when I go in a place of business. I have to use my phone to log in for work no exceptions! It’s very important! I purchased the phone online. Everything was successful so all this company had to do was get it ready for pick up. Next day I said I’m not going stress or call the people. Mind you not I just had went inside the store they tried to sell me the iPhone 14 plus max pro yea maybe I could of bought it but I was not about to be 349 down for T-Mobile! Anyway I went online bought the 12 nothing special! Order number so I’m already late but that’s not T-Mobile problem but I said man it’s 2pm nothing! So I called boom I basically had to argue that I just purchased a phone but when I hung up two seconds later I email ready pick up. Lord why when I go pick up the phone with my ID and card they act like I’m just lost. Just didn’t purchased a phone didn’t call even said they didn’t see it. Somehow the phone landed in the back I don’t know how it got past us. Got home the phone would not work. I stayed on phone with customer service for hours for nothing they said go back to store. I said. Hell naw! They so damn rude! I fixed it myself. I went back to Verizon I rather pay! Cuz this ain’t it!

Let me start off by saying I wish you could give NO STARS. TodayAug 7th i Have experienced some the WORST customer service, A lot of training and coaching is needed from Line employees to Mgmt. I Got a email from UPS my sons phn had been delivered @10:34 am. I called at 11:29 to make sure he will be able to get his phone. A young lady answers the phn. I guess they are not required to say their names when answering company phones. She explained only I could pick up the phn and I had to show ID. I advised upon purchase I will not be able to pick up phn, I explained sales person several times I do not live in Ga and I will NOT be picking up the phn. She then suggested I call Customer service to add him to my acct. I asked why can’t i access my own account and add him online. She stated again I needed to call customer service. No friendly tone, no friendly greeting. No empathy, no sympathy for the inconvenience. She never mentioned to me the could only be picked up at a certain time. I told her he was on the way up to the store. I explained i Was advised it would be no problem. I told her if I had known this I would have never started service with T Mobile. He arrives at 11:59 was told he could not pick up until 12:30. NO ONE IS THE STORE . THE EMPLOYEES ARE STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING ON THEIR PERSONAL PHONES. They explained the phone has not been checked in yet! My sister notices another employee going into the store, she asked the Lady was she the Mgr? She replied yes. She explained her nephew came to pick up his new phn and was told it was not checked in and he has to wait. Her reply was “ How do you know it has arrived?” My sister told her his mother sent a delivery notice from carrier. AGAIN NO EMPATHY, NO EMPATHY NO CONCERN AT ALL FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. Then she walked off! WTH :(. Had i known customer service was going to be this bad I would have never ever ever selected T MOBILE. I guess they pass out free checks cause displaying Good customer and working is not part of job description. At least now I can lower my expectation and Expect BAD customer. Customer service over the phn did advise i could have added my son myself. Rather than taking any ownership, they encourage calls to customer service. One last thing the young lady and the guy working were looking out the window on their phones when they left, Just beautiful dontcha think. Still not working. (SMH)!

The service in person was much better than over the phone. I'm still not a big fan of these phone companies. They all seem to be the same. Way over charge you for the service you get but that's the world we live in today.

IF I HAD A MULTI BILLION DOLLAR FRANCHISE. I WOULD HIRE DAVION ANDERSON FROM T MOBILE TO RUN IT , Hands Down !! . This Guy Is First Class . Great Service And Ppl Skills . SO MANY COULD LEARN A LOT FROM THIS YOUNG MAN . NOT MANY TAKE THE JOB AS SERIOUS AND POSITIVE!!!

Got zflip4 through t mobile online received phone with dead pixels. went to this store for exchange and they tell me I have to go through online customer service because I purchased it through online. Now the t mobile customer service told me to go to nearest store and exchanging it is fastest way to do it and somehow this store refused to provide me with replacement when company policy says you can exchange any product you buy online through your local t mobile store. Discrimination? Or just being lazy ether way this store has problems...

The customer service was beyond exceptional and very informative. Yes T-Mobile is probably the most expensive provider on the market but they also have the best overall coverage. Took awhile to get my account set up online but that was due to a corporate software issue and not this local location. The internet gateway is working with all my devices without any lag so far whereas the cable company internet was horrible in my area.

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by Tanisha and another gentleman. I explain to Tanisha what I needed and she immediately assisted me. During my encounter with her she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. We had conversations about life experiences as she assisted me with upgrading to a new cellphone. She was wonderful and she made my in store experience a joy. She gave me words of encouragement on my new life's journey and overall my made my day better. I enjoyed her company and conversation. Overall she was PERFECT at her job and at assisting me. She answered every question I had and even tried to help me with directions. She was amazing and I hope to encounter her again because she was a joy to be around even though she's a Leo (if she reads this she'll know what I'm talking about). So Tanisha thank you so much for your help and I wish you much success on your life's journey!!

I had the very distinct pleasure of speaking with Ms. Neva today. She was very pleasant, thorough and detailed in answering my question. When you can hear the tone of concern in the voice of the person you are speaking with it makes a difference. Ms. Neva was engaging while responding to my question and asked if I had any other questions or concerns.
