All the tellers are great but I will be changing banks . They’d close a bunch of locations and then don’t hire more employees to cover all of the clients . Wait times are ridiculous!

Took 2 visits and 2.5 hours to change names on a corporate account. Didn't have papers ready for signatures and problems getting paperwork to print. Very polite and friendly.

Love my bank. They are always friendly, smiling and helpful when needed. I had rolled up some coins to put in my savings account to bring in. I forgot my account number and the teller was very helpful and got the information for me and took my coins I had rolled up and wrote out the deposit slip for me. I don't recall her name. But she was at the window and had no one so she helped me while the one teller at the counter already was helping someone else. I was in and out of there in no time. I parked in the handicap parking spot because I have a sticker to be able to park in one. I'm bone on bone in both knees. There were many spots open to park. There was some trash on the parking lot. Looked like someone throw it out.

Just Horrible if l can give Truist an zero star l will and this not the only one in Albany. This woman l think she Asian was no help it like she had 10 people waiting and disrespectful to a man with a little baby.

Upon entering the Westover Branch this morning, I received a very cheerfull greeting by Ms Amanda, a teller I would learn was exceptional. She not only answered my three questions correctly, but offered a time-saving suggestion.I'll be driving the extra distance to use the Westover Branch from now on.

I just recently opened my account. Not even got my debit card in the mail and they closed my account without notifying me first. And won't give me a reason to why they closed my account other than recent activity to my account. What recent activity if I just got my debit card today!!!!! Ugh never again...
