My son received a check and went to Truist to have it cashed the teller without verifying the check ripped my son check and stated to him I’m tired of “Yawl” trying me at this very moment i am taking legal actions towards this bank the teller racially profiled my son i advise no one to go to this bank!!!

I usually do not leave reviews. I was treated so badly I wanted to post this so people would be aware. I was ,or am, searching for a release of a loan document that was 20 years old. My calls were not retured . When I called I was told in a condescending tone it was being looked into by the another department. After I told them the importance of resolving this release, they all but hung up on me. This non response cost me the sale of my property. I would not advocate banking with them. Any bank can house your money. When issues arise is when you need banking services. There are none here.

No reason I have to wait in line for 40 mins when it’s only 2 people in line and the person in front of me is just getting change? Hire people that WANT to work

Suntrust bank is a joke. Don't open a account there because they will screw you over in your money and all. Its not a good bank to bank with. If i could rate it with 0 and thumbs down I would.There not even worth a 1 star..

I enjoyed my visit here! I would've gone through Drive-thru, except for the fact that I had to have a notary notarize paperwork. Yes, you must have an account here for a notary to notarize anything. Anyway, I was in and out within roughly 6 minutes, and the staff takes cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces and their hands very seriously! 5 out of 5 stars without a doubt!

Poor phone etiquette. Put on hold 25 minutes and never came back to the phone. Didn't offer a call back. Called back, put directly on hold with same treatment. They hung up after 15 minutes. Called back. Put straight on hold again with no option to respond. Never came back. I hung up after 17 minutes. No number for corporate on line so Called back 4th time and got answering machine. We will see if they call me back. Customer abuse. Other times, when I went inside they were professional and friendly. Need lessons in phone etiquette.
