Great experience in purchasing my new mattress and pillows! Right when I walked in I was greeted with a smile and helped with what I needed. I wasn’t harassed like most furniture places and the process was quick and simple! Alyssa was very professional at her job and will be returning!

Not a great experienceWe bought an ILE king a few days ago. The delivery was made on the scheduled day and the bed was set up by friendly staff. What surprised me was there was no remote included with the bed. It has to be purchased separately. The store manager where we purchased the bed said he told us that but neither my wife or I remember that conversation. He said he had a remote for us if we could come pick it up. Great! Its a 1.5 hour round trip but I went and got the remote. Get back home and it doesn't work....he gave us the wrong remote. I get a text the next day that I can drive back over and get the correct remote. I'm just not interested in spending the time to go back so I end up having to purchase a remote. I requested the part number for the remote and the manager sent it by text. When I called to order the remote that part number wasn't correct either. Hopefully I'll get my remote within 2 weeks. It just doesn't seem right that you purchase a product that requires a remote to operate as advertised but has to be purchased separately. I guess the value for me will be the ability to tell this story anytime sleep number products come up.

All store associates were very nice. But they didn't follow me around like a car salesman. I love My furniture set and my bedroom set and the other accent products.

Got our sleep number yesterday and had the best sleep I’ve ever had!! Shout out to the salesman, Peter who was VERY knowledgeable and lead us to the right bed for us!

I always feel like family they call me by my name when I enter the store. They are always so friendly. My daughter was in town and I took her to the store with me to get a pillow and she was impressed on the friendliness.

Though the store experience was a good one, we were jerked around for over a month on the delivery. I cancelled my order after Sleep Number canceled the 2nd delivery and am expecting a refund of the thousands they had charged me for the bed and frame. Sleep Number cancelled two delivery appointments on the scheduled day of delivery, each time telling us ‘ the next available delivery date’ would be weeks away. To me, if Sleep Number postpones the delivery, the custome shouldn’t end up in the back of the line, especially since Sleep Number had already been paid. Very dissatisfied.

Bradley was a excellent salesman! He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the sleepnumber beds and how they worked. He was patient with us and took the the time to help find the perfect bed for us!!! We will definitely be back to do bussiness there and hope to see Bradley again!

Great customer service! Emily, our sales representative was very helpful in explaining the features of each bed. She was patient as we tried multiple beds and asked questions.

Our helper was Britney, she was very helpful & respectful. She provided us with assistance to get a new mattress and she made the process way easier than we thought, I would advise anyone to come to speak with her because she is extremely nice. 10/10 for this story, we enjoyed it here

Kathy and the Manager are AwesomeOur experience was mind blowing. We went to another furniture store that sold "top of the line* beds and they couldn't compare. Loved every moment spent in your store.
