I'm giving this place a 1 because every time you call they don't be in the office and then wanna come get people vehicle when you need a couple of days I wish they had zero stars because thats what they deserve

This place is a total disaster! When it comes to people skills they lack all phases. There are no records of payments that are made showing that you make monthly payments on your car. They don’t credit your money to your account but instead they take it and say you missed your payments & have the wrecker comes & pick the car up. They won’t give you a grace period. My advice to you people is don’t buy a car from this place.

I feel like, may be I shouldn't have used this car company , I have never been late on my payments, always paid weeks ahead , but they shoe me as late in their books , I feel, I'm being set up to have them try to take my car from me , through these repairs , that are not normal, or me miss using the car .
