I called today (Sunday) and asked if they "could check to see if they have a part in stock". Guy basically tells me he doesn't know what I mean by "a part". So I changed it and used the term product and he was able to locate it in the computer very rudely. Again, very rudely advised "he don't have that". So I asked what the "lead time would be on that". He says, "I don't know what lead time means". It was the strangest call ever and I would never use that location. I called Tifton store and received professional and positive service. They will order my item and the call was perfect.UPDATE: SW commented on this review... I contacted them and told my story... They "passed that along to the district office for someone to contact me shortly". Weeks later and no call which is fine. I was able to find another paint store locally that took care of me.

Outstanding as always! I always use Sherwin Williams because their paint quality is better than others. I purchased paint and materials the other day for a project. They are very professional and helpful even for over the phone purchases and curbside pick up! So thankful they are keeping themselves and others safe during these times. Thank you!!
