These idiots signed me up for a Kohl's card without explaining that it was a credit card and not a rewards program, insisted on using an old address they had on file, then the people on the phone told me there was no way to email me verification that the card was cancelled after I called and had it turned off. Wtf?

The friendliest staff in any retail or service business in all of Albany!! They acknowledge you and welcome you with a warm greeting. They offer assistance or answer questions without negativity. I've been here for a few months, and I'm taken aback of the lack of customer service I've witnessed in this town (so far). Shopping at this particular Kohls was very refreshing! Management- please take care of your employees!! They are setting a wonderful example!!
