My only mark against the company is the very slow progress in getting key pads installed for gates. Kudos to Kayla & Trey for their dedication to their customers to make sure if someone needs to come in after hours, they are available.”

“Engrid is all about customer service and getting it right. Not from Albany but doing an extended project there and needed a large storage unit close. Called the "local" number to rent a unit and it transferred me to the national calling center. The process was easy and painless but not where I needed to be. Engrid called the next day to confirm all the details and location of the unit. In our discussion of what and where I needed she promptly corrected corporates mistakes and set me up with the right sized unit in the ideal location. She's a rockstar....”

“Well, I had to post this review to offset the two bad reviews I saw here. We have used Royal Storage for years and have never had a problem. Staff has always be great. We paid our monthly bill at the office for a long time, but eventually (before COVID hit) moved to paying it online. Still never had a problem with payments or access to facility when we needed it. We receive emails in timely manner if we need to access via a different gate or with a different access code. Everything is spelled out clearly in the email, and we have never had any issues at all in all these years. Very satisfied with the unit and with how well it has protected the stuff we have stored there. Thank you, Royal Storage, from a loyal customer.”

Quick loading as long as you don't arrive at 12:00. Lunch from 12:00 - 13:00, I arrived at 11:50 so I had to wait.
Possible overnight parking but I didn't ask.”

The lady assisting me was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the process. Additionally, a gentleman kindly carried the boxes out for me, which was greatly appreciated. It was always clean, the front receptionist Mikale was always pleasant and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend storing here and ohhhh the Bluetooth units are a MUST!!!!”
