Selection on clothes (toddler, kids, teens, adult women) is horrible. The gas station is horrendous too and they NEED someone standing out there directing people to open pumps.

Fix your damn scan and go. Had not worked the last three times I have been here. Works at every other location I go to in Dothan, Tallahassee, West Palm Beach, Baltimore, etc. employees are clueless. Their only solution is to connect to Wi-Fi, which is obvious, but does not fix the problem. Please get someone that knows what they are doing with your network to fix it.

this is the worst sams club i ever shopped at! worst case of racially profiling with the employee here! cheryl was the employee! their items here are bigger portions and prices are no cheaper than walmart or other grocery store. plus we pay a fee to shop here. shouldve not treated with such disrespect!

This is honestly such a ghetto and unorganized Sam's Club. All Walmart's and Sams Clubs across the country now require face masks, and every location I've been to have been good about enforcing that, except this one. There are lots of redneck anti-maskers on the loose in here because they do not enforce the mask requirement. Also, a lot of the employees wear masks below their nose. The employee who helped us checkout was very ghetto and slow. A lot of the merchandise in the store are very damaged. Example: Beat up cardboard boxes, 3 pack missing 1, etc. Overall, I do not recommend this Sams Club but sadly it's the only option in Albany

This is the worst Sam's Club. During this pandemic Tuesday and Thursday is supposed to be senior citizens day. The Albany store does not honor senior citizens. We get up early to get to the store and can not get in the store for the young people pushing to get in. If you have rules they should be honored. Albany please do better.9/3/2020Delores H

This place is terrible. I despise the Sam's in Albany, GA. The most unaccommodating staff I've ever encountered in a Sam's, especially the meat department. It's almost like it brings a smile to their face and joy to their hearts to tell you NO to every meat cut request and hide behind "Sorry sir, we can't do that, it's company policy." Every other Sam's we've been to in this country has been happy to cut a steak any way we want it or from any part of the loin we wish to have it from... Nope, not these guys, they love to say NO with a big smile on their faces. Customer service is almost non existent in this club. Stop giving people a hard time about their ID cards. It's not like you can buy anything without it anyway. On a positive note, the cashiers and sample staff are friendly.

WORST SELECTION OF ITEMS... have asked the manager half a dozen times to get back items that were sold here never gave me an answer if he could do it... Anybody that thinks this is a great store should go to ANOTHER SAMs CLUB & You WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE!!! I WILL SAY VERY NICE EMPLOYEES though!!

Ordered a cake 2 weeks before date needed. Picked it up and it was completely wrong. When I said something about it the girl said "oh, we ran out of decorations." No apology or anything. Now I have a pink and purple cake for a BOY that is not what my 5 year old picked out. I asked why they didn't call and let us know they ran out of decorations and she just said "I don't know". They even had BOY circled on the order form. The store manager offered $5 off the cake... the cake is still there if anyone wants it.

Most inexpensive gas in Albany. Plenty of pumps and an attendant if you need help. Great place to get gas.

Always have had a pleasant experience here. Bought 2 very nice televisions from here at a cheaper price. And now they have an app that you can pay without having to wait in line. F****** awesome! I have to purchase toilet paper from here because of the great deal that I can get on 75 rolls since I go through toilet paper like Bill Clinton went through interns. Except I don't leave stains behind because I have enough p*** tissue to finish the job. Not sure about their tire center that everyone complains about because I'd never buy tires from Sam's or Walmart. I'd rather go to an actual business that specializes in quality tires. It's like the d*** shits who goes to Long John Silvers for seafood, then complains that they pooped their small intestines out of their mouth for 2 days. Holy f**** I like Sams Club a lot. Great gas prices.
