Very rude staff after the KNOW IT ALL manager gave me bad advise and my hair turned orange instead of blonde. The African American manager insulted me by saying I was ignorant and I messed up my hair cause I am not a professional, then was taken back after I told her how long I had my license. Just like everything in Albany WORTHLESS!
