Use to love shopping at Ross. Now everything has alarms on it. If you are still in store shopping if the alarm go off employees come find you to turn it off. That makes me feel very uncomfortable. There were a lot of people complaining about this.

My visits to Ross have been a mixed bag. On one hand, the store is consistently well-stocked with a variety of products, making it convenient for finding what I need. However, the customer service experience leaves much to be desired. On multiple occasions, I've encountered rude and unhelpful employees who seem disinterested in assisting customers. It's disappointing to encounter such attitudes, especially when trying to navigate the store or inquire about products. While I appreciate the convenience of a well-stocked store, the lack of friendly and courteous service detracts from the overall experience. With a bit more emphasis on customer service training, Ross could greatly improve its appeal to shoppers.

So, me and my family where shopping at Ross like we always choose to, like the one at Tallahassee Fl. Valdosta Ga. and many other locations, but at the one in Albany ga we had a bad experience, one of the employees was asking my husband to put clothes back in the rack, clothes that he didn’t event moved, the employee was very loud and trying make a point, I get it I worked in places where I have to fix stuff other people mess (part of my job tittle) I have never experienced this at any other Ross, than Albany ga. I think personal can be better trained, I’ll still recommend Ross, but not the one in Albany ga. They need better training.
