Ms. Lauren was awesome!!! I'm sure I called her several times with different questions and she didn't hesitate to answer them all. Ms. Lauren was very polite and informative with every call I made and question I had. Thanknyou Ms. Lauren and Southern Self Storage, I will be using you all in the future.

I needed a quick turn with getting a climate controlled storage unit. The process was easy with Southern beginning with the initial phone inquiry about their storage facility. Lauren was personable as well as professional. The property is clean and well secured.

Laureen is the kindest lady that works at the front desk. The day I moved some furniture out last summer to be able to move my mothers things that past away in 2005 into a smaller unit that was not as expensive. She all of a sudden showed up with 4 bottles of water and it was cold and much needed. The temperature that day was over 100. She didn’t even ask she just brought it to us. She has always been so kind to me I am older now so she helps me out so much. Please don’t ever get rid of her she is the best asset imo that happened when she came on board. I give her 10 plus rating. Thank you Laureen for being so kind it’s hard to find that these days and times.

We had a really good experience renting our unit. Lauren was very nice and thorough as she walked us through. She was very sweet to me, as I was feeling emotional that day. The items going into storage, temporarily, were part of an inheritance. She was very kind. Thank you again, Lauren!
