“Received a phone call after a fill up. As a new customer I asked for them to make a note to knock before coming in our backyard because we have dogs. I was screamed at by the office manager and told my auot-fill would be canceled. They are the best around but don't ask for anything else special, you'll get screamed at.”

“Great drop-off location. Five stars for returning my equipment after-hours, unplanned. My original location (arbitrarily chosen before I'd been to Albany) showed almost no signs of being a U-haul location, and had no after-hours option. Luckily this location was right down the street and I dropped my equipment off there. The lot is full of equipment of all types, well-organized, and clean. I didn't talk to anyone there or try reserving from the location (which seems to be the reason for bad reviews) but I highly suggest this as the drop-off location in Albany.”
