Service is always great when I visit Prince. I normally take my truck to get serviced somewhere else, but after my first appointment I was sold. I know that they aren't perfect, but they are consistent and I have seen that time after time while getting my truck serviced there. I also enjoy receiving rewards on my Chevrolet app after getting serviced.

I purchased a 2021 BMW from Prince of Albany in June of 2023. I was a little leary buying a BMW from a Chevy dealer but it was a ‘hard to find’ the car with the options I wanted (soft top convertible, adaptive cruise, wireless charging) so I went ahead with the purchase.
I discovered when I got home (250 mile drive) that the tires were mismatched so I called and asked my salesman why they didn’t ’fix’ this before selling it and was told it’s not something they check. Problem #1!
I just got home from rotating the tires (I don’t drive it much) and was told the alloy wheel with the mismatched tire was bent! Problem#2!
Now I have to replace a rim and tire ($800+) because of this.
The moral of the story is…
don’t buy a luxury brand car from a Chevy dealer without a full inspection from a mechanic you trust.

Didn’t honor a warranty.
You stated that I couldn’t provide any “service records”. Prince is the only place that serviced the vehicle. The only place. Serviced it regularly with y’all. Check your records. Check this record in particular, the December visit that I brought it in to check out the transmission. The work that was done then, in my opinion, was done to just put a bandaid on the problem. The bandaid covered it up til the warranty ran out.

My appointment was at 8 a.m. I checked in with Grant a few minutes before 8. He asked me was I going to wait and I told him yes. I had another appointment for 9:45. At 9:30 I ended up rescheduling that appointment because my car wasn't ready. At 10:25 a.m. I looked up and saw my car parked under the enclosure. I went and asked Grant was my car ready. He then tells me that my car hasn't even been back yet. He never checked me in. I asked him why and he told me there was no excuse. He then asked me if I still wanted to wait and told me that he would knock down the price as much as he could. I told him that I was not going to wait. I called my husband to pick me up. My car was not ready until about 3 p.m. and I paid full price.
