So my sister in law went to Precision two weeks ago and had a problem with the finished product. I went to the shop and spoke with shop foreman. Him and I got off on the wrong foot. A few days later I spoke with the manager and he assured me things would be taken care of. Fast forward a week sister in laws care was taken care of at no extra cost. I went in to speak with the manager (Jay) face to face and also the foreman (Craig). I thanked Jay for taking cate of my sister in law. I will have to speak with Craig tomorrow because he wasn't there today. I will apologize for my behavior but not for standing up for my sister in law. Things are right as rain.??

fast, friendly, affordable and professional. I also get my oil changes here when I am in town. Wish the punch card program was an actual free oil change but the discount is highly appreciated.

Most shops these days are all about finding a way to get you to spend the most money. They won't let you buy your own parts knowing it could save you money. Instead they hide behind the old It's against our Insurance Policy to let customers buy their own parts clause. Yet in still they have to still order parts from the same place you possibly bought yours which makes no sense to me. They overcharge for labor. Trying to charge $100 to $200 a hour for something as simple as a Brake Pad job which is ridiculous. That's why you have a low Feedback Rating and why I will never come there or call again ??

They have always been kind and professional to me and my family. Ask for an oil change punch out card so if you get enough oil changes, you'll receive a free oil change.
