I’m most pleased with the experience I had with this business. Matthew’s customer service will make you believe in any business! The environment seems light and calm. I needed to get my galaxy fold fixed. Service was quick but most importantly, efficient.

We had 3 phones that all needed new backs. They said thay had to be ordered, which was fine. I wad told they would be in by the end of the week. Long story short...it took almost 2 weeks for them to get the new backs. They never called me when they did get them in. I had to call them multiple times. Once I made the trip to albany to get them put on, I had to drop them off and was told to come back in 2 hours. 2 HOURS TO PUT 3 BACKS ONTO PHONES. When I came back, I still had to wait almost another hour. About a year ago, we walked in with 2 phones needing backs, and walked out about 30 minutes later job completed. What a difference a year makes, I guess.

The staff here is amazing! They were so helpful & quick with the repair of my laptop. Matthew is awesome- great customer service and very keen to help. Would definitely recommend!!

Just recently picked up my phone. I must say the store manager and her team is very professional and strive to provide above normal customer satisfaction. My experience on what was perceived as they lost my Sims card holder. The team store manager offered to replace free of charge. I found the lost card at my home. True customer satisfaction ? ?

Phone Hub - Westover Blvd. Fast, friendly service. My grandson's iPhone was stuck in a rebooting loop. A new battery seems to have resolved the problem. I am going to bring his PlayStation for repair next. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Demetrius until I learned later that he had omitted a couple of screws which left the iPhone vunerable to water damage.

Highly Recommended!The Team here is Amazing!!! The woman at the desk was very professional & JOJO was very Informative. Matthew fixed my Samsung Galaxy S6. My phone broke the same year my Best Friend died from Leukemia so I’m FOREVER THANKFUL for this place & the Team!!

They sell stolen products and then when you try to get the law involves they say the cameras don’t work and they don’t ID people and they don’t do paperwork even tho we can prove it’s our and stolen
