The groomers have always been wonderful!! We have a mini labradoodle and they are very conscientious on getting his service just right. If I have any concerns they're always willing to adjust his cut to be how I like it. All staff members have been very friendly and helpful!

The staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had really good experiences at this store. The only drawback is they do not have a large selection of pets, however, their selection of fish and related water pets is very good.

I went in Petsmart to grab some crickets (bearded dragon mom?)…but when I got there the employee was helping another customer I thought she was done so I told her how many crickets I needed her response was ok as soon as I’m done with them I’ll assist you. She finished with then 10-15 mins later another customer walks in they start chatting she looks at me and say you want crickets right? My response yes…she said let me get her worms bc it’ll be quicker, but didn’t I just wait 10-15 minutes on you to test water why can’t she wait 5 for you to put crickets in a bag?? I’m never the one to play the race card but yeah she was white and the customers were white as well and I feel like she prioritized them over me bc of that reason alone! I wanted to go there but I wouldn’t dare give them the satisfaction of being the angry irate BLACK woman! So I told the manager and left without my crickets!
