I set my appointment a month and a half ago. For 1pm on 3/30/24. I arrived at 12:40ish. And then sat until 1:45. Not one single employee came to me and said "hey, sorry, the doc is running behind on appointments, we'll get you as soon as possible." Nothing. I just sat there for an hour with no clue what was happening.They have a very limited selection of eyewear and what they do have is EXPENSIVE AF. $200-500.Terrible pricing, selection and even worse customer service. Exactly what you expect from this town. Prime example of what you get when you try to shop local in Albany, a waste of time.

I bought glasses here 3 years ago. They have broken and had pro lems from day 1. They ha ent tried to help. I asked for an appointment and it is almost 3 mo from now!! I am going somewhere else....n

These people do everything that they can do not to make a prescription right when they mess it up. I came back three times so three different people they just kept running me around in circles wasting my time do not go to these people!

Dr Henley was amazing. I came in feeling defeated, unsure, and I had so many questions. When everything was done my face lit up, thanks to everyone who went above and beyond. I bring my entire family here and everytime I get nothing but the best!

02/17/2024 at 1:40 pm. The store doesn't supposed to close until 3pm and I was met at the door by someone that works there telling me that they close down between 1 and 2 depending on if they doesn't have a license doctor at the office. If I am only looking for glasses and I just had my eye exam on 02/15/2024, I don't see the problem with someone waiting on me in order to get glasses. I see the workers trying to just go home early and instead on taking care of business. I never thought you had to have a license professional in the store just to sell a pair of glasses. I am disappointed.02/19/2024It was explained to me period I knew law has come out. And if the store does not have a license technician on-site, then they have the close within 15 to 30 minutes after the technician leaves for the day.. Our new laws can hurt the business operation laws, but the customer service here is awesome. Good customer service.

Had to wait 4 months for my scheduled appointment only to be told they canceled it the day before. They have not attempted to contact me in any way. Zero phone calls, texts, or emails, when they have all of my contact information. When I pointed out that I haven't received any form of contact, the lady at the desk told me, I should have called them to confirm my appointment. When asked if that is something they instruct their patients to do when they call to set up the appointment, she just sat there with her mouth opened.I won't make the mistake of using this business again.

My mom's lens cracked not once but twice within a years time for no reason. They fixed it once but refused to do so again.

I had great service, happy employees and an overall good experience at picking up my contacts and glasses. Jennifer in the Albany store helped me get fitted with my new glasses and found a cleaning cloth and my contact order. (Give that girl a raise) 5 star customer service, out in 15 minutes. My only negative was the overall cost even with state insurance. $$$ But I guess you get what you pay for.

J. C. demonstrated EXCELLENT customer service and a gregarious personality (smile included). He was VERY knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately the pair of lens that I chose was rather expensive. Well he spent several minutes trying to ascertain that I received the best price that was available! He even suggested other options! When I arrived to pick up my new glasses, he greeted me by name without my having to re-identify myself! Upon my next visit, I will definitely REQUEST J.C.!

The services that I receive from Dr. Deloatch is excellent. Dr. Deloatch and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my eye health care. JC was exceptional in working with me to pick out the best eyeglasses for my needs. I highly recommend.

Highly dissatisfied. Came here with my fiancé to retrieve her glasses. Arrived at the store at 2:20 ish, store was closed and locked up. Google and hours on store all list closing at 3 pm on saturdays. No signage to indicate early closing. Our only day to retrieve her glasses and closed early with no warning. We have had multiple issues here that office manager Wendy had to correct. It seems as though the office staff, not management, have an issue with providing the most basic level of care and consideration for customers.

Jennifer was extremely helpful. She checked my insurance multiple times to ensure that I was getting all of the benefits and upgrades that my insurance allowed. She was also very knowledgeable about glasses frames and was able to make excellent suggestions. Additionally, she noticed my son’s glasses were broken and repaired them at no cost. The customer service we received from Jennifer was excellent!
