they were closed before hours said that they should be

I gave them a 5 star because the gas prices were good... But If you need a rest room, don't come before 10 am... The restroom is closed until 10. Literally told us the restroom doesn't open until 10 am... We went to Walmart... Bathroom there was clean and open!
