“Knowledgeable sales advocates....far as customer services highly recommend need improvement.... family member worked at this location for some years......store business was very good far as customer services along with clientele was awesome, but since she was relocated to another store including after she passed away I've noticed that majority of regular the regular customers relocated services to other stores just because of the customer service sucks ... no sense of urgency or knowledgeable advocates for the products.... Last but not least majority of the advocates (not all) demeanor was very unpleasant and unwelcoming...”

“I lost my android phone ? and visited the store. I purchased a new phone with Fingerhut but no SIM card ? was included. I was able to add my Wi-Fi password and credentials, thus ; resulting in me having access to the Internet. But I don't have a dial tone. That's why I visited the AT and T store in person. They installed a new SIM card free of charge and activate the phone ? with the same phone number. I inquired about the new IPHONE 16 Max Pro and got approved for financing after they did a credit check. I just had to pay for the sales tax which cannot be financed. I don't remember the exact cost of the IPHONE 16 Max Pro because of it being financed, sorry ?. But I'm going to give this a 4 Star because I can't access my iCloud account and I have to go back to the store ? for that. I know that I'm using the correct password ? because I have it written down. But I can't access iCloud on my computer ?️ either. Don't know what the problem is with iCloud so I have to use my Android phone to listen to music ? and have a music playlist. Basically, I would recommend iPhone 16 Max Pro as a hobby and not mandatory. I have a camcorder for ?️ ? but a cellphone ? is good for last minute video ?. Hopefully this helps ?.”
“I came into the store in Albany very upset overall. With ATT customer service but I was greet by the manager Trease she assured me she will work with me to resolve the issue. And even though my attitude I must say was very rude. Trease never became rude she assisted me and resolve my issue five other couldn't. Thank you Trease”
