I stood in the line for some Ribeye Steaks for over 30 minutes for them to tell me they don't have any to cut. He said all they had was already in the case.

The store is great and convenient. However, after making a purchase with Kylie (incorrect price) and realizing after making it home and having to return to the store for my credit, it seemed as if it was a HUGE inconvenience for her to process my refund not only that but the refund amount was given to me in only coins (which was clearly optional). I do not appreciate bad customer service or an uncalled for attitude. I know how powerful word of mouth is. So I say please be mindful of how customers are being treated.

I've been going to the location on Philema Rd for many years. The prices have gone up, and services have gone down. Nobody greets you anymore. Instead, they just look you and go back to their cell phones. I've had so many problems with mold and expired food until it's not worth it for me.

I used to give this place 5 stars. Friendly staff, clean store, good selection, but the prices have sky rocketed. Something can get for 2.50 at other grocers is well over 5.00 here now.

Mike's on TV saying it's all about the meat but when you go in there and buy meat and put it in the refrigerator for the next day it's no good the meat's bad please Mike your store is always clean and nice but your lettuce your apples and sometimes the meat is bad but your lettuce is always terrible I brought meat back cuz I bought it on Friday to cook for Saturday and pull it out and the chicken smelled rotten so my husband said to stop going to the store well thank God that the dollar stores down the road and they have started selling meat please Mike don't let the general dollar store be better then the meet at Mike's

Stopped to pick up sandwiches for lunch. Bought ribs & grilled chicken too for supper. Sandwiches were great, but the dogs got the whole slab of ribs & the chicken because it was so dry. This was from the store on Philema.⭐️⭐️

Love the smoked foods that you can get here. Grocery prices are high though. Love their sausages and the smoked chicken salad.
