This store is not a good store for customer service. I went to have 6 pictures framed (large pictures) for a non for profit project. It was at least a $600.00 sale. I rang the bell, nothing. This went on for at least 30 minutes, ringing the bell and waiting. Now I realize that companies are short handed so I was patient for a while. Finally I went to the cashier to check out with the other things I collected while waiting and go to Hobby Lobby hoping for some decent people to help me with framing (which they did wonderfully). I ask why no one was there to help in that department and the "manager of that department" (so he said) got snappy with me like I had done something wrong. He said he was too busy putting his supplies up to help me. I was walking away and he was like a dog with a bone barking at me because he knew he was wrong. I let him speak but no longer wanted his help at this point. He kept talking and I ask him to just stop but he basically said I should have waited longer. I couldn't hold my tongue from chopping down. He was rude and cared more about getting his stock put away than helping a customer. We argued and I truly did tell him to shut the "" up because I became erratic. I couldn't believe he was talking to me the way he did and then the little girl behind the counter decided she would give her 2 cents and called me rude. Unbelievable. I am not a complainer and had they handled this problem in a kinder way I would have just dropped it and maybe gone back later. I do have a part in this, but when did customer service go away? And when did the customers rights go away? Why are they even in business if they don't care about the service? My company spends thousands of dollars in that store not to mention myself as a crafter. I will never go back to that store, ever and neither will my friends and company. Thanks Michael's you just gave Hobby Lobby all my business because you can't manage your employees. Way to go.

Great store and all, but their lights outside aren't even on and it's 7:47 pm. I drove up to get an online order we had placed and there was nothing signifying that they were even open.

Today I was in the Albany Ga location twice today. My morning experience was great. The guy that was working near the frame shop was amazing and very helpful. I went back for another item later in the afternoon and walked the store twice trying to find what I needed and I could not find one sales person to help. I will not shop here again. Beware if you go you have to find your own merchandise because there will not be anyone to help you.
