GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE but the quality of the mattress is horrible. I bought my child a mattress set about 2.5 yrs ago. I have to buy another mattress because the entire middle has sunk in. The set cost too much to have to replace it so soon.My child is only about 120lbs

Great customer service mike and Tim talk too you on a personal level not just another customer. They care about what they sell and stand behind there products. We bought two bedroom suites and a couch and loveseat about two years ago and they are holding up like the first day we received them. Thanks guys
