I’ve been a customer of Spelts & Masters for years, I love their level of service and care for my animals. Even when I had to put my 15 yr old pup to sleep, they were so gentle and kind, not just to my dog but to me too. They’re reasonably priced and I’ve never had any problems with them at all. If you have to take your pet to the vet, this should be your vet!

Dr. Spelts & Dr. Masters have saved several of our fur babies. Dr. Will is a great addition to the wonderful staff. I feel like they take care of your "baby" as if he/she was theirs. Words can't express how grateful I have been over the years for the outstanding care of my "children". You always feel welcomed and the health of the baby is top priority. They never seemed bother or annoyed by having to make the after hours calls. Unfortunately I have had to make a few of these. This vets office is heaven sent.��

The Vet's themselves are great. But the office, like most medical offices either animal or human, is operated by persons unschooled in efficiency. Case in point: I received a post card instructing me to "Call to set up an appointment" for my dog's treatment. When I contacted them I was told they don't set up appointments for that! I asked why they instructed me to do so and was told the message shouldn't be on the card but they didn't know how to take it off! Incredulous
